  Best rental car experience by far. I travel out of state every month, so booking rentals is always something that I dread. I’ve tried every rental car company that exists and NONE compare to the quality of service that I received from SIXT. Dayana B at the DFW location was the nicest, most professional agent that I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and did her job with a genuine smile. Normally every agent I receive keys from acts as if I’m bothering them, but not Dayana. She was calm and handled everything quickly and with dexterity. I’ll never go to another rental car agency thanks to her. (The free upgrade to a BMW 5 series helped a little).

  At the Sixt Rental Car Center at DFW Airport in Texas, I had rushed to return my vehicle on time and completely forgot that all of my shopping items — bottled water, a chair, laundry detergent, and several other bulky things — were still in the car. I had no card to use a luggage cart, and there was simply no way I could carry everything by myself down to the Uber pickup area. I was standing there feeling completely overwhelmed and genuinely unsure of what to do. Then, without me even asking, Louis came over and offered to help. He personally picked up every one of those heavy items, carried them down the stairs, and brought them all the way to the Uber pickup area for me. What touched me most was that he did it willingly, cheerfully, and with such genuine kindness. It was far beyond anything his job could possibly require. That one act of kindness left a lasting impression on me. Because of Louis, I can honestly say that I will choose Sixt whenever I need to rent a car in the future. Employees like him are the reason customers become truly loyal to a company. I sincerely hope Louis receives the recognition he deserves. His kindness turned a stressful and difficult moment into one I will remember with gratitude for a very long time.

  Darlene Carroll is an amazing member and manager of the Sixt Team. At a time this month, September 2026, when inventory was absolutely zero, she worked with her team to determine when vehicles would arrive to fulfill my reservation. During the wait, she personable, patient, engaged her team and made me feel like a valued customer. Darlene and her team, made a bad situation (more reservations than cars) as good it come be based on the circumstances. Normally I would be very irritable after a long day of travel and being unable to finish my travel due to not being able to secure the rental that I reserved in advance. Fortunately, Darlene came to the rescue by communicating and inquiring about my issue. After 30-45 minutes, a car was located and I was on my way when I was prepared to call an Uber and cancel the reservation. Thanks for coming thru for me!

  What a great experience. The ataff was so kind and helpful. They were tight on cars and gave me a really nice upgrade for free. They really know how to take care of their customers. I also appreciate that they are located at the car rental and I didn't have to tale yet another shuttle to another location to rent a car. They had plenty of people working so the line was short. I looked around at some of the other companies with only one person working and it looked like a very long wait. I recommend Sixt

  Première location de véhicule auprès de Sixt à l'aéroport de Dallas Fort Worth et super première expérience. Rapidité de prise en charge et réactivité du personnel lors du retrait des clefs. Nous avons été reçus par Demarcus qui est une personne extrêmement gentille et professionnelle. Il nous a surclassé de véhicule pour le même prix. Le SUV Buick était en parfait état, super propre et avec un faible kilométrage. Toutes les instructions pour la restitution du véhicule étaient très claires. Lors du retour, Louis s'est occupé de nous avec une rapidité et une efficacité impressionnante. En plus d'être une personne extrêmement sympathique et souriante. N'hésitez pas à louer un véhicule à cette agence. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. En allant récupérer notre véhicule, nous sommes passés sur le parking où étaient stationnées les autres véhicules mis à disposition par l'agence et ils étaient tous en super états et brillants. Mention spéciale au personnel y travaillant qui est disponible et extrêmement sympathique.
