  After a very long flight and spending a long time waiting in line, I was honestly exhausted and stressed. But the moment I got to Marcelo, everything changed. He provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Marcelo went above and beyond to help me, communicated clearly, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and truly treated me with kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to find customer service like this nowadays. Marcelo turned a frustrating experience into a great one, and I truly appreciate all his help. Avis/Budget is lucky to have someone like him on their team!

  I highly recommend SIXT for your car rental needs. I landed in Dallas got my bag and on to the bus for the rental terminal. Signage was clear showing where I needed to go. I was welcomed to Texas by Chris at the counter. Very personable and friendly. Saw a problem with them not having the make of car I had originally reserved and instead of making me wait he upgraded me. He explained everything in detail, offered a toll pass if I was interested, insurance so my insurance would not be required in the event of an accident, all charges were clearly explained. SIXT should consider him a high value employee. As someone who works in customer service, I know how difficult the job can be. And he has what it takes to make your customers happy.

  I rented a car at the budget. It was smooth. Lines were short. staff was super friendly. It was a good experience on the way back, it was easy. Pull in, grab your stuff and get to the airport from the shuttle. Everything was smooth sailing and very easy to navigate. We'll rent again from here. Absolutely, Recommend and the car that I rented was awesome. There were accommodations for everyone in my party. Everything worked well.

  The staff is always friendly. I rented a car from sixt which didn't have a spare tire. When I had a flat in the evening, I called them and they offered to send a truck to replace the car. The wouldn't tell me jow much it would cost but indicated it was not much. After waiting more than three hours in a lot, they delivered a car. The airport was only about 30 min away. They charged more than $700 for this flat tire. Sixt is good as long as you don't have problems. I don't think I'll be using them again.
