  I bought a pre-owned 2023 Sewell Subaru. Within three months, I had to replace two tires and was told the other two were going to wear out soon. They gave me pretty worn out tires. Within 10 months, I had to replace the battery because it was poor quality and had a broken cell. Their customer service is nice and the dealership is fancy but they go cheap on parts.

  Just bought my first Subaru from James at this location yesterday. The customer service is unreal! No haggling no hidden fees just to the point sales. My car is stunning and it’s pre owned in mint condition. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the service we received. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone interested in a new car.

  The cars are the cars but this Suburu has an excellent service department (quick / professional) and an amazing waiting room with snacks and coffee and fast wifi. Genuinely love working out of here any time my car needs something.
