    Transmission went out at 38k. Was told I had free tow to shop because I was a rewards gold plus member or some bs. Then they tried to charge me 700$ for the tow. Ended up going thru my insurance for the tow for like less than half that. The new Transmission isn't covered under the same warranty. So a brand new part only gets a 12 month warranty? And the maintenance department tried to upsell me 2400$ tires 180$ alignment lol. and said I need oil and fluid change when I had literally done that a week before. I don't appreciate trying to take advantage of me on top of being sold a lemon. Additionally mechanic got dirt and rust on my interior. And I assume they sold my information to a 3rd party because now my mailbox is flooded by random third parties trying to sell me extended warranties I don't know how else the information would have gotten out there but I may be mistaken. Absolutely unacceptable to me. I will never buy another subaru or utilize a Sewell dealership in my life and I will be trading this unit out before the end of this new warranty most likely for a Toyota. If you can't guarantee a brand new transmission for more than 12k/12 months then you do not offer a reliable product in my opinion. Other than that every one i worked with was friendly and professional. Facility is clean and accommodating. Repair was done in a timely fashion. Loaner vehicle was clean and reliable. Selling or sharing my data is absolutely unacceptable to me though and I'm sure I signed something where I consented in fine print but that just isn't how you treat your customers especially one dealing with an issue where subaru was at fault. Hell offer me a free alignment or something for my inconvenience and financial loss that resulted from your faulty product.

    I always receive wonderful service from this dealership. I really appreciate how they keep you informed about what’s going on with your car throughout the process. They also have a great waiting area with snacks, water, and a variety of flavored teas and coffee drinks, which makes waiting for my car much more enjoyable. I especially want to thank Adolfo, who is always so personable, helpful, and professional. It’s nice to work with someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service!

    I took my Crosstrek in for service for the first time and was truly impressed. The ads are true! They go out of their way to make people feel at home. I received a video while waiting and they show you how your car is doing under the hood and also once it’s raised to show you all is well or if there is something needed. Brett is my service advisor and he did a great job but I am sure all of them do. I highly recommend Sewell Subaru of Dallas!

    Excellent sales process with Quinn. I visited 3 Subaru dealerships in metro Dallas in my journey of finding a new Outback and customer experience with Sewell and specifically Quinn was next level. Quinn was creative in working with my budget and wishlist to find the right car, options, and financing to make it all work. He was persistent but never pushy and helped me understand the Sewell value prop versus other dealerships. Not long ago I swore that I would never buy a new car, but I now couldn't be happier in my 2026 Outback and the peace of mind that comes with an extended bumper to bumper warranty and Sewell being just a few minutes away. These folks have the hard earned excellent sales and service reputation for a reason. Look no further. Quinn's your man!

    In all my years of buying cars, this was by far the best experience. We got a new 2026 Subaru Forester and the experience was AMAZING, Sewell gave us the car for a great price right off the bat, there was no back and forth, we didn't have to negotiate at all, no chasing us to our car, no lying, no endless waiting in a windowless room, the salesmen were so pleasant. AMAZING EXPRIENCE, so quick and painless. No tricks, no cheating, great price, QUICK.
