  Sewell Subaru and their team live up to the name. My car was on its last legs and I desperately needed something new (to me at least). When my husband and I went over the weekend to see what was available and I said I wanted something pre-owned, they walked me through their process and inventory and never even pushed a new car. They listened, helped me find the right vehicle for me, and gave us plenty of time and space to think about what we wanted to do. We went back today and I got the car! Quinn, our sales representative and Hayden, our pre-owned specialist, were transparent, friendly, kind, and respectful the entire process. They took the time to explain every option and help us weigh our choices. This exceeded my expectations for a car buying experience and they’ve definitely won a loyal customer. Thank you for making this experience so wonderful!

  Want to give a shout out to Jon Siegal In the service department. We had a little hiccup with our Saturday morning service. It was nothing too serious, but Jon took care of it and just proved why we continue to come back to Sewell Subaru for service on our Subaru Forester Wilderness. Thanks again for everything.

  I have had very good service at Sewell since purchasing my car there however that is no longer the case. My last experience was mediocre at best but today’s was inexcusable. I had a 9am appointment and was greeted promptly. I told the service rep exactly what was needed, he looked at my paperwork and agreed. He gave me a completion time of 1145 so I chose to wait. Around noon, service rep approached and said the tech had trouble with a bolt so would need an additional 30 minutes. I didn’t hear anything else from the service rep until 40inutes after I texted him asking for an update. he returned from lunch, said the car was done and was heading to the car wash. I didn’t get my car back until almost 2pm, almost 2.5 hours after the expected completion time. I understand things happen but I should have been updated and offered a rental car instead of spending 5 hours sitting in the waiting room.

  This is my first Subaru and I was impressed with my salesman Mason. He focused on what I wanted in vehicle before we even got down to financing. After 24 hours I realized the vehicle I purchased couldn't fit my dogs so it was back to the dealership. I was able to get the right sized vehicle for my family.

  Sewell Subaru was great as we just moved to the area and our 2025 Forester needed it’s second service. We informed our service advisor that we live well over an hour away and had no choice but to wait and we were offered a loaner. Same day schedule and a loaner? Fantastic! All the staff were very courteous and our Forester was serviced and cleaned while we went shopping and had lunch. Absolutely superb service. Sewell Subaru of Dallas is our new dealer as we are long time Subaru enthusiasts. We will absolutely buy our next Subaru there and go there for any maintenance and repair needs. Thank you!!!
