  We continue to buy our cars from Sewell dealerships because of their unmatched customer service. This was our first Lexus to purchase from Sewell, and we chose a pre-owned certified NX350. We were referred to David Keilson from a close friend, and he provided one of the best car buying experiences we have had. David is incredibly knowledgable, personable, and responsive. He understood exactly what we were looking for and was efficient with our time. We were buying a car for our daughter who does a lot of highway traveling to and from school. He spent a lot of time teaching her about the car and all of the safety features the Lexus offers. He went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable driving the car, understood the features, and answered all of her questions. He was transparent with the pricing, did not oversell anything, and made the entire experience pleasant. I can't say enough good things about David and Sewell. My daughter feels comfortable reaching out directly to David for questions and we consider him a friend now. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Once again I am so impressed by Sewell for any car you are buying - new or pre-owned. Start your search there! The level of customer service cannot be beat in Texas. After another dealership dragged their feet for days and ended up selling the vehicle I was trying to buy out from under me, Sam completely changed the experience. He responded quickly, communicated every step of the way, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. There were no games, no unnecessary delays—just honest, professional service from start to finish. This was the first vehicle for my 16-year-old, so it was an important purchase for our family. Sam made it an enjoyable experience, and I truly appreciate the way he took care of us. When the time comes to buy my wife a new Lexus, Sam will be the first person I call.   My sales associate Logan Dill is fantastic. I was away on a work trip when I started car shopping. He was very patient and answered all of my questions through emails and texts. I then went to the dealership to test drive two cars, he accommodated us even though he already has another appointment set. He was honest with his recommendations but not very pushy like other salesman. Then a few days after, the director called to thank me for my purchase and see if I needed anything. My Sewell experience was great and my Lexus is amazing! Highly recommended dealership!

  I really enjoyed my experience at Sewell. I purchased a new car with my father and Chaudhry Bilal was amazing to us. He made the buying and trade in process effortless, and made sure to accommodate us with refreshments while he worked on paperwork. We purchased a new 2026 Lexus is350 and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our purchase!
