My experience with Sewell Lexus was top-notch from start to finish. The service technician even brought a loaner car directly to me, making the entire process incredibly convenient. The repair facility diagnosed and fixed the issue right the first time. Outstanding customer service, excellent communication, and a hassle-free experience. Last week, I traded in my Lexus NX for a Lexus UX, and I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson than Katie Fitzgerald. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish.
Katie took the time to show me several options and made sure I was completely confident that the Lexus UX was the right vehicle for me. At no point did I feel pressured, and I really appreciated how stress-free the entire process was.

If you want to experience pure luxury, convenience, and exceptional customer service this is the place to buy your car! Katie Fitzgerald was absolutely amazing! She made my buying experience top tier! They have so many perks for their clients.. one that stood out was their ability to come pick up your car for service/ oil changes and deliver a new rental so you can go about your day and deliver it back to you when it’s done! Unbeatable in my book! Love it!!! So happy with my new car!

Exceptional Service from Elmer Amaya at Sewell Lexus Dallas
My experience with Elmer Amaya at Sewell Lexus Dallas started off a little rough, but what truly stood out was his commitment to making things right and ensuring I had a positive experience from start to finish.
Throughout the process of purchasing the Lexus ES and RX, Elmer remained professional, patient, and responsive. He took the time to answer my questions, keep me informed, and work through every challenge that came up. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.
What impressed me most was the level of service he provided after the transaction was completed. Once everything was finalized, Elmer personally helped me get to my vehicle and made sure I was taken care of. He also offered to deliver the vehicle to me after my three-week trip, which demonstrated his genuine commitment to customer satisfaction long after the sale was complete.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for you, your team, and the culture your dad started and that you and your sister continue to build at Sewell. In today’s world, it is increasingly rare to encounter a company that consistently delivers such a high level of service, professionalism, and genuine care for its customers.
My family and I have long associated the Sewell name with excellence, but what continues to impress me most is the way your team treats people. Whether it is a routine oil change, a service appointment, assistance with a vehicle concern, or simply answering a question, your employees consistently go above and beyond. They make customers feel valued, respected, and cared for.
Most recently, I was reminded once again why I remain such a loyal customer. First, Cleo Horn represented your company with the etiquette and class of a Ritz Carlton manager, noting my hesitantly to drive the new rental car at first due to the new features. He reviewed the new buttons and features three times and had me try everything on my own with the patience of man angel. It was 98 degrees and he came so nicely dressed to switch out cars with me as I was unable to bring the car in due to my 15 hour work days this summer. Thank you for that and please pass that on to Carl as he mentioned he has worked for you all now for 23 years. He was amazing and is the best asset to your team.
Also, your service rep Jordan took the extra time to address my questions, provide thoughtful guidance, and ensure that every concern was handled with professionalism and kindness. Those moments may seem small, but they leave a lasting impression to me especially as a single woman and small business owner who travels to NDA client homes late at night to tutor their children.
As a business owner myself, I understand that exceptional service does not happen by accident. It begins with leadership, vision, and a commitment to doing things the right way. The culture of hospitality and accountability that exists throughout Sewell is clearly a reflection of the standards you have established over the years.

Lastly, it was your dad, Mr. Sewell who loved my daddy, who just passed last year. Dad put both my twin sister and I through private school and college thanks to you dad hiring him or extra jobs as a DPD off duty uniformed officer who would walk the lots for security over the course of 10n + years. Thank you and I have one last story to relay. Every year, your dad extended the most thoughtful invitation to the Myserson Christmas party and your dad included not only dad, but my mom and twin sister and I. We will never forget that experience and thank you for treating US like family.
