He built genuine rapport with me and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was how thoughtful he was — he even gave me the blue two-door Lexus coupe toy that I had been admiring on his desk because he knew how much I love two-door coupes, even though I had fallen in love with my UX 300h.

Great dealership based in customer service! I ended up here looking to drive a used Mazda listed on the lot and ended up trying a 2024 Lexus as the Mazda had already sold. The first Person who saw me was Logan Dill! Logan was amazing. Very knowledgable, personable and just great! He has a knack for intentionally forming meaningful relationships with clients (even potential ones). He got time to know me, find out my must haves, negotiables and even my reason for wanting a new vehicle! If you are in the market for a Lexus go see Logan Dill you won’t be disappointed!

I was very nervous before buying the car since I was purchasing it from another state. It was important for me to know that the car was in great condition because I was planning to drive it all the way to Los Angeles.
Everything went flawlessly! Manager Gary Wiley Jr. did an outstanding job and handled everything perfectly.
He provided all the necessary information and photos immediately upon request. All existing scratches and imperfections on the car were honestly shown to me right away with detailed pictures. He also picked me up from the airport and even stopped by Starbucks on the way, which I really appreciated.
The entire transaction was completely transparent, which made the experience even better.
It’s already been a month, and I’m truly enjoying every moment behind the wheel of my M5.

I had the worst experience at Sewell Lexus of Dallas service center. It started on 4/23/2026 when I dropped off my Lexus TX for its 10k mile service. I inquired about having a wheel repaired which they confirmed I had the Toyota/Lexus wheel and tire insurance with cosmetic repairs. However, I was told that because I have F Sport wheels that they could not be repaired and nothing could be done. Unsure why they will sell wheel and tire package on a vehicle that has wheels that are not applicable. I’ve attempted to reach out to Sewell Lexus of Dallas financial department and have been guaranteed a call back, but still nothing. The 10k service was completed on 4/24/2026 and picked up my TX around noon. After arriving back to my office I noticed smoke coming out of the hood. I immediately opened the hood and found oil covering the engine bay and the oil cap sitting near the hood latch and had never been put back on after the oil change. Sewell did arrange for a tow truck to come pick up the vehicle and leave a loaner car. I had not heard from Sewell for a few days so I had to call the afternoon of 4/27/2026 to get an update. I was told that everything was cleaned and refilled, but in no way felt comfortable that the engine was not damaged or properly serviced by Sewell. We will be taking our business elsewhere and encourage others to do their research before trusting Sewell with your vehicle.
