  I can’t say enough great things about Nicole at Infiniti! From the very beginning, she made the entire process smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable (which isn’t something you always expect when buying a car). What really stood out was her support after the purchase. I’ve had several follow-up questions, and Nicole has been absolutely amazing every step of the way, she has been responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. She never made me feel like just another sale, and that level of care makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a wonderful dealership, Sewell has been amazing and Nicole, truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

  Since making our purchase of a 2023 QX60 AWD Autograph from Sewell Infinity in April of 2023, it has been the best car purchasing experience we have had in over 40 years. Nick, our sales associate, was very knowledgeable about the Infinity product line and listened to our individual needs and helped us select our automobile. The car had just arrived at the dealer, so Nick made sure we had transportation to go home and brought our new car to Frisco, TX about 30 miles North of th e Dealer. That’s just the beginning of our experience with Sewell. We had some minor things that needed to be attended to. Arriving at the service department I met Dominic Fulbright, our Service Ambassador. His immediate attention to our service needs were logged in and a rental vehicle was provided, ready and clean. Has everything been perfect? Well almost perfect! We have met other team members; Katie (Service Director) Travis (I believe Head of Service) and then my friend Dominic Fulbright as a new Service Director (Kudos Dom, Well deserved)! That was not all as Michelle (General Manager) personally called me on a particular issue. I could go on about these fine men and women. They truly have made us CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE. Carl Sewell, you would be so proud of these outstanding individuals! When people are apprehensive to enter a dealership to purchase a automobile, it is because they have never fully experienced the Sewell experience. To the technicians who have supported us, we may not have met you in person, but you have played a great supporting roll. I believe every new car purchase should have more than an Owner’s Manuel. They should have a copy of “CUSTOMER FOR LIFE” By Carl Sewell in their glove box.
