The only reason I tried the other dealership first was because it was closer, and that turned out to be a mistake. From the moment someone answered the phone at Sewell, I could tell the difference. I wish I could remember her name because she was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy. It was a complete 180 from the call I had just 10 minutes earlier with the other dealership. I also want to recognize my service advisor, Sam. He was outstanding throughout the entire repair process. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. His communication and professionalism gave me complete confidence that my car was in great hands. Thank you to the entire Sewell team for providing exceptional customer service from the first phone call to the completion of my repairs.
