  I have been buying my vehicles from Sewell Cadillac for the past 20 years. What separates Sewell from the others is that once you do need service, they are first class in getting you in, setting you up with a loaner, and turning your car's service around quickly so you can get back to normal activities. However, living in Dallas sometimes brings its fair share of challenges - one year I was rearended over the Holidays, then next year my car was stolen (and returned), and just recently we hit debris that had fallen off a truck on the Tollway. Each time, Sewell's Collision Center of Dallas took us in and worked closely with our insurance carrier to work out the details to repair my Cadillac and bring it back to its previous state. From the moment I arrive, everything was seamless. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient, and I genuinely felt appreciated as a customer—not like I was a burden or just another transaction. Even the process of getting a loaner onsite was easy as pie. Malachi, my service advisor, was outstanding. He communicated clearly, was highly responsive, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. He handled coordination with the insurance company and made sure the repairs were done at a top-notch level. What really stood out was his attention to detail and hitting the deadlines we set in place to have my car back on the road. It is hard to find a Partner for autobody repairs when it's needed, but Sewell Collision Center of Dallas has always stepped up and made me feel I was their most important client. Thanks again everyone, and nothing personal, but I hope I don't have to see you again for a while. 🙂

  Great service and great communication while my car was in the shop. Huge shoutout to Malachi Cobb. He helped through every step of the process with insurance. He went out of the way to make sure that my car looked the best after my incident.

  Devin was absolutely outstanding. He took excellent care of me and my Grenadier, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled correctly. He was knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making the experience exceptional. Devin represents everything I have come to expect from Sewell and deserves the highest marks across the board. I could not have asked for better service!

  Very good collision shop the ladies in the front were very helpful and accommodating towards me the gentleman gave me a quote very quickly and I definitely would recommend this place for collision definitely very professional setting for a collision shop very upscale
