  Reached out to service department regarding overtightening of lug nuts, which prevented wheels from coming off with usual conventional tools. Shop Manager I believe his name was Mr. Green along with service provider Mr. Maddox took full ownership of the possibility of pneumatic gun oversight and corrected the problem. In the process a wheel was damaged, and instead of allowing me to drive off. They brought it to my attention. Issue was solved the following day. That's what you call customer service. It's not very common to see dealerships admit responsibility and or take ownership to solving the problem, on the contrary they try to shift blame. Have been doing business with this dealership for over 10years, wouldn't change a thing.

  Service Department Person Mariana Boteo was extremely helpful in getting my truck fixed and serviced. The video she sent me was very informative. And, I appreciate that she was able to find me a loaner, even though I didn't have a reservation. To me, she went above and beyond to help me. Truck is fixed and working great. Thank you to all.

  All of my experiences with Sewell have been absolutely phenomenal. I exclusively take my car to get oil changes, tire rotations, or any maintenance that is required. This time around I've had the pleasure of working with Maddox, and he has been absolutely incredible about helping me and getting me what I need. You won't regret coming here for everything you need.

  First time having service done on our GMC 1500 that we leased here in November and whooaaaa $145.00 for a regular oil change? $105.00 for tire rotation and balance? Are you kidding me? Won’t even price match with their local GMC competitors? This is absurd Sewell! And don’t give me the speech of what we offer that’s “complimentary” blah blah blah bc I can get the same “complimentary”service at McKinney Buick GMC with the same GMC certified technicians for $85.99 for an oil change & FREE TIRE ROTATION, with a drop off & pick up service and a loaner. Same exact service, not the same price tag. Totally unjustifiable & won’t be coming back. Horrible! Absolutely horrible!

  Adrian Mendoza was a joy to work with on the purchase by my mother of a Buick Encore. Mr. Mendoza helped me with the details. I would purchase a car from Sewell in the future.
