  I had to take a moment to recognize Patrick at Sewell Cadillac for his exceptional customer service and thoughtfulness. My husband and I recently celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary, and Patrick surprised us by sending a $50 gift card to Eddie V’s to help us celebrate. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture, and it truly meant a lot to both of us. Patrick consistently provides excellent service, but this was above and beyond anything we expected. It’s the personal touches and genuine care for customers that make a lasting impression. Thank you, Patrick, for helping make our 10-year anniversary even more special. Sewell Cadillac is fortunate to have someone who represents the company with such professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service. We truly appreciate you!

  Sewell Service customers be forewarned! Make sure that you check your car after service for any new dents, dings, or scratches. Just like they make you look over the loaner cars, make sure you look over your own car. They have cameras on your car when it comes in. Don't do like I did and notice a few days later and think that there is nothing I could prove. My car has been in the shop so many times in the last year, I couldn't tell them which time my car came home with a huge dent. Because it was there at the last service, they couldn't/wouldn't do anything. Look it over, and say something! Don't end up with a dented Cadillac!
