To be completely honest, I was the "difficult customer" today—I was having a rough day and I unfortunately let my frustration out in a way that was rude and boisterous. Despite my behavior, Vanessa didn't falter for a second. She handled the situation with an amazing amount of poise and kept a genuine smile on her face the entire time. Her ability to remain calm and kind in the face of my negativity was truly impressive and, frankly, humbling. Vanessa is a huge asset to this RaceTrac location. It’s rare to find someone who can turn a tense situation around just by being a decent, professional human being. Thank you, Vanessa, for your patience and for teaching me a lesson in kindness today. You deserve all the recognition!
