- OROmar RodriguezJul 29, 20261.0The service at night it’s awful, they get mad because you go and try to buy things from them… sometimes they just ignore you and when ever they’re done smoking outside they decide to come and help you to check out. The worst part they come inside with a whole attitude. Like my bad I’m just trying to get some stuff on my way home after I get out work. I just go there because it’s convenient, it’s on my way home. The manager doesn’t do nothing about it and the ladies in the cash register just don’t know nothing about customer service. SMH

The cashier was lovely at first when I first went up to the register. I went back inside cause I didnt see the promo added to the purchase; spoke to a different lady but the original lady cut me off and the lady off with a disrespectful tone that the coupon was added, stating at the bottom of the receipt (which i didnt see nor was aware of). To be completely honest made the whole experience dreadful.

And the cashiers stand around talking and don’t acknowledge you when you come in. I expect this from 7 eleven but this Racetrac is ruining the brand.
