  I recently visited Quick Trip and had a frustrating experience at the counter. I was trying to tell the cashier that I had a ham, egg, and cheese croissant, but before I could finish, she stated that they don’t have ham. I continued to explain that I couldn’t locate the receipt for her to ring the sandwich, but I felt interrupted and not listened to. Even when I spoke with the manager and showed a photo I took at the POS, the response came across as dismissive. The manager said, “I can read,” which felt rude and unnecessary. I reacted out of frustration, which I regret. The interaction left me feeling like I was not being treated with respect. The staff’s tone made me question whether customers are valued in that situation. I would like to see better handling of customer concerns and a calmer, more professional attitude from both cashiers and managers. On a positive note, the kitchen staff member who prepared my sandwich was excellent—polite, kind, and efficient. I thanked him, and he kindly offered a bag, which I accepted. Overall, I’m sharing this to highlight the need for more attentive service and respectful communication at the counter. I hope Quick Trip will review these interactions and provide additional training to prevent similar experiences in the future.

  I give five stars because I love QuikTrip and I'm a truck driver and stop at them throughout the U.S. wherever they may be due to the great food and their delicious peach tea on tap. However for the future I will not stop at this particular location, and not being judgmental, but there's a lot of panhandlers in that area and I got approached in the store the other morning by someone getting me a song and dance routine and I sat there to listen to what they had to say and thought they would never get finished but I did not want to be rude and leave. Anyway eventually escaped that after their long story and then finally asking me if I could give them a ride which I do not even give rides when I'm out driving around the country. The particular individual stated he had been working out and he was sweating pretty bad but listening to the story and looking at that wild looking his eyes I think it was on something. Anyway, I'll check out another location in the future

  Whats wrong with quick trips restrooms are always closed I us3d to be a loyal customer for years but after getting gas I always use the restroom and they are always closed. I will no longer do my business in this gas stations theres more gas stations to choose from
