  THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOD , YOU COULD PARK YOUR TRUCK TO BUY SOMETHING AND WHEN YOU GO OUT YOU MAY BE SEE YOUR TRACTOR TOWED. ANYWAY, PILOT HAS A LOT OF WORK TO DO TO REACH LOVE’S GAS STATION OR EXCELLENCE.

  First time staying here Arrived 27th afternoon to start my reset, noticed 28th AM my trailer tire was marked with a date- found out from staff "free" parking is only for 24hrs after that they force you to move or pay. How is this fair?

  Nobody had name tags. The guy that I requested a refund from the truck register was very un knowledgeable of his position. I kept asking for a refund for a shower that was gonna take longer than two hours in line. This man, the way can describe him. He had some type of durag cap. I explained to him I purchased the shower with a debit card. He tried to keep insisting that I needed to call the helpdesk to get it back on my card. When I asked for a guest service I was told they’re not here right now they can’t help you. Once one of the service leads showed up very nice and politely she was able to assist me. He kept trying to explain to the service lead that I kept insisting on something that I never said Like if I was an angry customer which I wasn’t I just wanted a refund so I could go somewhere else and take a shower I honestly do not appreciate that employee assuming or making me feel unwanted at Pilot

  Five stars for this Pilot. Plenty of pumps open and diesel lanes were clear, easy to get in and out even with truck traffic moving through. Inside was clean and well stocked, food options looked fresh instead of picked over. Bathrooms were clean too, which matters a lot on a travel center. Staff was friendly and kept the line moving at the register. Good stop if you're on the road and need fuel, food, or just a break.

  I’m only leaving this high rating because of a very helpful fellow by the name of Terrance. Working the late shift he went above and beyond and demonstrated uncommon patience for me, even going so far as to walk me around the store and help me find the grit soap I needed pretty badly. I couldn’t get my hands clean anywhere else and had driven to this specific pilot just to do that, and was about to leave disappointed until he helped me of his own accord. It’s this kind of customer service that can make even a truckstop feel like a welcoming place, and encourage people to come back. Not to mention how rare it is to find kind and patient people like him working the later shifts. Thanks again, Terrance.
