  Stopped by the Pilot Travel Center at 7425 Bonnie View Rd in Dallas and had a solid experience. I particularly want to highlight the bathroom and restroom facilities. Given how tough life on the road can be, finding a clean, well-maintained, and spacious restroom makes a massive difference. The cleaning staff clearly puts in the work here to keep it hygienic and stocked. Will definitely keep this location on my radar for future routes through Dallas!- Thank you ❤️

  I'm very disappointed in the service that im given at this particular facility. I spend at least 100 dollars or more at this place and can not park here pretty much. I have a cargo van and drive on several hours to get here to get gas and rest, but yet I'm rushed and can't get any rest here because all cargo vans after 10 pm cannot park here. The crazy part is that there are cars that get to Park here and stay overnight 🤔 ...I feel like this is unfair for us cargo van drivers as were just as important and valued as an 18-wheeler driver. And need adequate amount of sleep and rest to continue our loads, so I find it unjust and unfair for a paying customers not to be able to rest when they're paying at that at a particular location. This is my warning to all cargo van drivers this location is not good and I advise you to get gas or do any of your business at a Love's gas station or any truck stop besides this one. Because you're not valued here, but yet wants to take your money. 😢 These pictures are of cars that are staying overnight and showing that I had to park somewhere else.

  Be aware from this pilot! They are waiting till you will go to restroom or shower and they towed away your truck! I believe they share money with united towed llc!

  Very nice people,food is great the security staff are very respectful and friendly and helpful,we stayed overnight there wedsday 12 of August and it was peaceful quiet and safe!!! I was shocked at how pleasant it was there!!!!!!

  As a commercial driver, I expect at least one restroom to be available. Both bathrooms were closed, and the cleaning lady told me to use a toilet in an open shower. It is common sense—or should be—that if restrooms are being cleaned, at least one remains accessible to the public.
