Great place to get maintenance done on your vehicle. I took my vehicle to get my tires replaced and I was happy they didn't charge me on my second visit. I repaired a tire with a nail that i had recently replaced with them. They really take care of you at this location. Just call up there and they will be direct and answer all your questions.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 STARS IF GOOGLE WOULD LET ME! I came into NTB right around 6:00 p.m. because I thought I simply needed air in my tires. Casey took the time to actually inspect my tires and noticed that the tread was showing on my driver-side tire. He told me he did not feel comfortable putting air in it because of the safety concern. He asked if I had a spare, and thankfully I did. Casey offered to put the spare on so that my seven-year-old son and I could safely make it about an hour away for work. His manager, Ty, was also incredibly supportive and trusted Casey’s judgment. What touched me the most was that Casey and Ty could have simply told us they were closing and sent us on our way. Instead, they chose to stay a little past closing to help us. It was extremely hot outside, I had my young son with me, and Casey genuinely cared about getting us safely back on the road. This wasn't just customer service—it was integrity, compassion, and doing the right thing when you didn't have to. Casey wasn't just looking at a tire; he was looking at two people who needed to get home safely. And by making sure we were safe, he was also looking out for everyone else who would have been sharing the road with us. I have had several situations over the years where someone in the tire industry has stepped up and shown genuine concern for my safety, and Casey absolutely continued that tradition for me tonight. Casey and Ty, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You could have clocked out, closed the doors, and gone home. Instead, you chose kindness. My son and I appreciate you more than you know. NTB is fortunate to have people like you representing the company. Five stars isn't enough. If Google gave me ten, I'd give you ten! ❤️🙏🏽

NEVER AGAIN! I don’t know if it’s Mavis or new NTB management, but these guys have destroyed this business. I bought tires for two cars at this location and got to follow up service at the location and the one on Frisco on Preston Road. In 3 cases for the follow up service I went for a leaking tire. Tires for which I paid for Warranty service. And all three follow up events I came in and I said I want you to check for a leak on this tire or that tire. They ended up wasting 30 to 60 minutes of my time doing some kind of entire car inspection and coming back with a list of upsell crap that I did not ask for. You know what happens when I go to discount tire and tell them I have a leak? They checked the tire and they patch it, even if I did not buy the tire there. You guys waste my entire freaking day with upsell bullshit. at this location on August 26, 2026 after asking for the left tire to be checked I went and peaked in the window in the bay after 20 minutes. The car was on a lift, there were no other cars being serviced, the hood was open, and the mechanic was looking at the suspension on the front wheel well. I lost my temper and yelled in there “…why is the hood open and why are you looking at the suspension. I told you to check the tire.” Since this is the third time it’s happened to me, at two different NTB locations, I definitely lost my temper and used foul language. I did not call anyone any names, but I did criticize their process with choice words for sure. When the manager got off the phone, and I asked “Why is the hood open to check the left rear tire for a leak? I asked you to check my tire.” The manager at this store on August 26, 2026 told me they “have to follow their procedures.”Google reviews seemed pretty good at this place, but I think they’ve changed ownership and management recently. Check out Yelp. 2.9. Never going to NTB ever again.
