Niesa and team were incredibly professional and helpful. We had a tire flat yesterday and went to another tire store that was not good and pressured us into buying a used tire after telling us this wasn’t fixable. NTB did right by me and now has a lifelong customer. Highly recommend this place as they’re the few honest shops around that don’t upsell or overcharge you. To the NTB management, I think you’re really running a distinguished business and I think your training and staff really speak for it. Thank you!

Will, William and Gary and the most genuinely kind and good people I've met in a long time. This spot went way past above and beyond to help me. I'm going through a divorce, home electrical issues (no power in summer in Texas), multiple car issues, and on. I came in for a stem bolt changed out on my rotor area and then my car wouldn't start so to get a new starter. They fixed my bolt issue and found out it was not my starter or alternator but simply loose battery cables. Fixed me up and sent me home saving me hundreds of dollars. Will even paid William to get me home the day I dropped my car off cuz I had no way home. All 3 are amazing men and deserve the blessings God will send their way. I'm honored and humbled at the love they have shown. Any issues I'm coming here. Thanks to you and your team.

I had the best experience at NTB after driving into work with a completely flat tire. From start to finish, the team was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. When I spoke with the individual in the call center, he was so kind, then I met with Gary in the store who was incredibly helpful, and at pickup Will was very kind and generous with my repair. They got me taken care of quickly and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely seamless. Truly excellent customer service and a team that went above and beyond. Highly recommend NTB and will most certainly be back when I have any additional tire needs as well as to replace my tires here. Thank you!

Terrible communication, careless vehicle handling, and zero accountability. On September 9th, I called ahead and was told the wait was 5 minutes. I arrived five minutes later only to be told it was actually 25 to 40 minutes. I returned on the 10th after picking up a nail in their parking lot. The tire was less than a year old, fully inflated, and had never been driven on flat. When I pulled up at 3:28 PM, the front desk assured me there was no wait, promised to take it back immediately for a patch and inspection, and said they'd keep me updated. By 5:08 PM—nearly two hours later—no one had communicated a single update. I had to walk up and ask, only to be told a technician had gone home. Worse, after letting my car sit until the tire lost air, they drove it into the bay deflated, potentially damaging the rim. The final insult was getting a call claiming the tire is "unrepairable"—a tire under a year old that caught a nail on their property, was never driven flat by me, and was neglected and driven on while under their care. Completely unacceptable service from start to finish. Take your business elsewhere.
