  My husband went this morning to get our tire fixed and Jones hooked him up. Took care of the tire and left a great impression. Thank you, Jones, you made this pregnant ladies day!!

  Made an online appointment for an oil change. Arrived and they took my car right away. Rotated my tires at no charge. Tech came to inform me I could use a new engine air filter, cabin filter, and wipers. I said I can do all that and he said yes ma’am. Just letting you know what was found on the inspection. Was out of there in an hour. I ordered the filters and wipers and sure enough the filters on my car were filthy and the wipers shot. Thank you NTB for being straight with me with no pressure. Great service and I will be back.

  This was originally a one star review - had an appointment, dropped the truck, came back 4 hours later it wasn't done. I was ticked - took the keys and left. Well couple hours later I got a call from Gary: he apologized for the experience, said he wanted to make it right, and next day I dropped it off and they got it done ASAP. Was the original experience ideal - no - but they took initiative to follow up and correct it and that's more than most will do for you these days. Appreciated them owning it and making it right - would recommend and will use again.

  I had to get a new set of tires and read the reviews for this location (which were great) and decided to give them my business. I tried ordering online since there was a deal on online ordering, but I ran into an issue since I had to get two different sizes, so I just dropped by. I spoked to Gary (super nice guy) and told him the issue I was having ordering online; not only did he place the order for me, but he also gave me the online price. I had to wait a few days (2) for them to arrive, but on installation day I checked in with Will (also super nice), there were three cars in front of me and my wait time was about an hour. I'll most definitely be visiting them again for any services that I may need. Thanks guys!

  Came in with a giant hissing screw in my tire and fully prepared to spend my afternoon and half my paycheck. The team at NTB fixed it fast, were super kind, and then didn’t even charge me. In this economy?? Legends. Seriously appreciate the honesty and great service. Especially from Will! Y’all saved the day!!
