  Very busy but Efficient. National always is on top of everything they there customer service to there cars. Even in 110 degree heat.

  Bridgett at the National Dallas Love Field location is AMAZING! She is incredibly friendly, provides exceptional customer service, and is extremely attentive to every customer. She was running around like a busy bee, helping multiple customers while maintaining a big smile and delivering genuine Southern hospitality. Her positive attitude and dedication truly stood out… she is a fantastic representative of National!

  Kevin at the return area at the National Rental Car location at Dallas Love Field was absolutely amazing! It was a crazy busy Friday afternoon, and despite the chaos of cars coming in and people trying to get on their way, Kevin was nothing but patient, calm, and genuinely kind. He was honestly a breath of fresh air in the middle of a hot Dallas summer! I was somewhat frantic trying to get all of my things together and was worried about holding things up, but Kevin immediately put me at ease. He told me to take my time, not to worry, and not to feel rushed. That small gesture made such a difference. You could tell how hectic it was when pulling into the return area, but somehow Kevin made me feel like I was the only customer there. He was attentive, professional, and incredibly reassuring, and he made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely smooth and easy. People often take the time to complain when something goes wrong, but I think it’s just as important to recognize someone who goes above and beyond. Kevin absolutely deserves to be recognized for the way he treats customers. His patience, professionalism, and genuinely welcoming attitude are a great reflection of National. If there is a way for management to recognize Kevin or give him a shoutout, I really hope they do. He deserves it! Thank you, Kevin, for making my rental return such a positive experience!

  Shocked how poor the customer service is at this location. Rented a 1 way car from love field to Burbank, CA. Office gave me someone else’s vehicle, when I arrived in CA the rental rep stated i was not on the agreement and original office had rented me the wrong car. How scary if i had been pulled over and info didn’t match my name. Fast forward a few days and they charge me for my original rental AND the other persons rental. I call 800# and they state nothing they can do, forward me to another department and they state they cannot give me a credit for the incorrect charge. They contact the Dallas love field office and after 2 weeks, no response. Im not sure who is worse, local office or national office. This is beyond logic that National cannot give me a credit for a known mistake. National rep even stated they can clearly see i was charged twice. National - please do not send me your canned response to contact your corporate website, that has already proven to not resolve the issue. I need the phone number of a local rep I can speak to for resolution.

  Disappointed with lost and found process. Turned a car in at 10pm on Thursday, checked in person at location on Friday and was told lost and found left early. Went back on Tuesday and was told they don't keep lost and found on-site although someone offered to look in lost and found on Friday. Have not heard anything back; lost a book and a pair of personalized earbuds that no one would have any interest in keeping for themselves.
