  The employee service was great, but the vehicle I rented, A Toyota Camry was not as great as the Employee service. The monitor for the navigation screen malfunctioned throughout my rental. The service agent said she would credit my account for the two days I rented, but I have yet to see the credit post to my account. I’ll wait a couple more days before I reach out.

  DO NOT RENT HERE Never have quality cars on the lot, rude management staff member named Alyssa “assisted” and was extremely aggressive and had a rude and ghetto tone when handling an issue with my car being unavailable. She told me this is what they have and I could go elsewhere if I didn’t like it. This is my second negative experience with you all and will be the last. DO NOT RENT HERE. They will give you a minivan instead of the car you reserved, disgusting customer service and subpar vehicles. Waste of money

  I had a great experience at National Car Rental at Dallas Love Field. Hayward provided excellent service and was very professional, friendly, and sincere. He really knows how to take care of customers and made a great impression on me. Thank you, Hayward, for the outstanding service!

  For 25 years only use National, newest fleet, incredibly well trained staff, best in class return smoothness, friendliest people. If I can’t rent from National, I rather just walk 😊

  National has been my go to car rental facility for many year. I am a club member and it is well worth it. On my last trip I had reserved a car at the wrong airport. It took only a few minutes to make the correction and the sale rep at the airport was very friendly and knowledgeable.
