  Wonderful experience with National Car Rental at DFW! The service was excellent from start to finish. The cars were brand new, clean, and in perfect condition, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I was especially impressed with the staff at the car return. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and efficient, making the return process quick and completely hassle-free. Great customer service and excellent vehicles. I’ll definitely use National again!

  Really convenient, airport has a shuttle that takes you to the car rental place, and back. Easy transaction, many selection of cars and worth it if you are an emerald member, you just choose whatever car thats in the lot and drive off. National prices are very affordable, i have rented from them multiple times now, quite trustworthy. I will see how thr drop off will be since i leave at 4am

  It really is the best experience to use National. The app is incredibly easy to navigate and book. Everyone I’ve worked with, from Check-out to Check-in has been exceptionally professional. They usually have a generous selection of cars to choose from. Though when I arrived in Dallas/Ft Worth this week, they only really had Chrysler Pacificas…a minivan. Bleh. But, I waited a bit, and a Hyundai Tuscon finally appeared. But, unfortunately, it was so filthy. But, again, everyone at National are absolute gems. And simply walking to my car when I arrive, and not being forced to wait in line to check-in, is worth its weight in gold. Especially after a long day of flying. I won’t use anyone else…

  I have been an Emerald Club member since 1988 and am currently have an Executive card. My experience has been strongly positive. Yet in the last year or two, I have found the choices of vehicles to be much more limited and generally disappointing. I had a car from the Executive section last week from DFW Airport. Almost no good options, almost all were vans. I eventually found a small SUV (Mitsubishi). The good news is that I drove 500 miles and had no problems. So it was a good news/bad news bittersweet experience. But you can do better by your loyal customers.

  I’m an Executive Elite member, and my biggest issue at this location is the availability of larger vehicles. I frequently travel for work with three large suitcases, so I prefer vehicles such as the Grand Wagoneer, Hyundai Palisade, or other larger SUVs in that class. I can make a Hyundai Santa Fe work when necessary, but even those are becoming increasingly difficult to find at this location. Because our corporate travel policy requires us to reserve a smaller vehicle and then select the vehicle we need upon arrival, having a good selection of larger SUVs available in the Executive/Executive Elite area is especially important. Our policy does not allow us to reserve the larger SUVs in advance, but it does allow us to select them from the lot when available. I travel frequently and often arrive very early in the morning, but lately even arriving early has not helped with availability. I would really appreciate seeing more Grand Wagoneers, Palisades, and similar larger SUVs available for Executive Elite members at this location. Overall, I enjoy using National; I would just like to see better availability of larger vehicles for frequent business travelers. (DFW)
