  Anthony at National was super helpful. He told me upfront that the other place I originally booked with didn’t actually have cars available, and he ended up being completely right. I appreciated him being honest instead of letting me waste time going back and forth. Once I switched to National, he helped me find the lowest rate he could and made the whole process really easy and stress-free. Great customer service, very straightforward, and just genuinely helpful. Thanks again, Anthony!

  Excellent service at National Car Rental. Tori Warren was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire rental process. She answered all my questions thoroughly, ensured the vehicle was ready and in great condition, and made the check-in and check-out experience quick and hassle-free. It's clear that Tori takes pride in delivering top-notch customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from this location again. Five stars!

  Smooth and breezy. A shuttle takes you to the Rental Car Facility. All rental car names are clearly listed from the outside of the facility. There was no line when I got to National but it seemed like the manager was not there. The lady didn't just stay put and let me wait. She asked Alamo (next stand) to helped out to check me in. Everything is so clean. Get to the National row to pick up car. An assistant is there to point you to the car(s) that you can drive out. All cars are cleaned and in great condition. There will be email to you prior to returning to confirm or modify. I did have to modify the drop off since my flight was delayed significantly. Follow the address given to return the car. Again, the assistant was there to help you out. All managed like a clockwork, with friendly smiles and prompt attention. I will stick to National at DFW.

  I have always had a good experience with National. my last rental was not the best I call customer service and I was surprised how they handled the complaint and the lady on the phone was very good. Then when I returned the car to the DFW car center she had left a note on my account and I just want to give a big shout out to MATT the supervisors at National he was amazing he handled things very good with me and made the experience every better. Thank you Matt and the team at National.

  Was in a hurry to depart and drove away too quickly. Turned out the tire pressure warning light was on, and I could not find the car key (despite driving away--had to be in the car, right?). Pulled over on the side of the road and look for the key, and 15 minutes later found it wedged between the drivers seat rail and the center console--could not see it at all. Someone had obviously tossed the key into the car carelessly, and it bounced from the seat into the dark abyss that caused me to be late for work. Windshield was dirty too. And this car was in the so-called "Executive" area! The checkout and check-in was super quick, but I will be much more careful next time.
