  I had a flat tire from a nail and stopped by Mavis for help. Devon at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They patched my tire up very quickly! Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Thank you, Devon and the team!

  This was my 2nd time at this Mavis, and they’re always so kind and friendly. I got a flat yesterday and asked if they were able to plug/patch it vs. buying a whole new tire (I literally replaced my front tires last month :,)) and Chuck was able to remove my spare and put my tire back on and patch it quickly and James didn’t charge me a dime. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

  Friendly and welcoming staff. You are told waiting period, so you choose whether to wait or come back later. The waiting area is clean though the AC was just too much for me. They are professionals, this is my 2nd time going there, which shows how go they are

  DeVeon was amazing. The company should really give him a raise lol and make sure his methods are made into SOPs before he inevitably retires or switches jobs one day. (He didn’t mention leaving at all, just a reality of life. & he’s young so retirement is a while away. But a promotion would be fitting for him!) We had to get our brakes fixed and this location was the quickest available place that was able to fix them same day for the lowest price with a lifetime warranty on the brakes. Similar places I called couldn’t get us in til 2 days later, or at a way higher price, with less or no warranty. The staff was professional and polite and Deveon fostered a sense of credibility and trust that I haven’t had before with a mechanic. This is definitely our go to mechanic now.

  I have needed the services of Mavis several times. They are thorough with diagnostics, fix things quickly, & they check your tires and air for free. I’ve never had a bad experience there. Everyone is polite and professional & try to save you money wherever they can. I can’t recommend them enough!
