  I came here with a group for a conference, and the parking process ended up being extremely confusing and stressful. Entering the garage initially was fine. I scanned the QR code and parked without issues. However, when leaving the conference and trying to get back into the building lobby where we originally took the elevator down to exit, we discovered the entrance door required an access code with no clear instructions provided anywhere. There was no indication about how customers were supposed to get back into the building to access the elevators and return to the garage. We tried scanning the QR code again, but it did not work for building access. We ultimately had to enter through the vehicle driveway and rely on another person letting us in manually, which honestly felt unsafe and poorly designed. The exit process was even worse. Even after receiving both a visual confirmation on the screen and verbal confirmation from the kiosk customer support assistant telling us “it should work now,” the exit gate still would not open for my vehicle. I had to reverse my car multiple times back to the kiosk just to contact support again. The sensor or gate system clearly was not functioning correctly, and there were no instructions explaining what to do if the gate failed to detect your vehicle. Eventually another person manually opened the gate, but the entire experience was overwhelming and frustrating. This system needs much clearer instructions, better building access guidance, and a more reliable exit process so customers are not left confused or stuck trying to leave the garage.

  Terrible garage. Hard to figure out payment and where to enter because the place that we exited was locked when we came back. We had to walk up with the cars to get back which was dangerous. Don’t recommend.

  The pedestrian access from near the train station / 7-11 doesn’t work properly. Had to wander around inside building and get harassed by security to go back to your car. Save yourself a hassle and park somewhere else.

  Absolute garbage. There are NO signs for entry other than Contract and Monthly. We prepaid for parking for an evening event and there is no way to get in. Had to park farther away and hike on arthritic knees and hips. Don't get taken by this scam. I don't know if we'll be able to get a refund. VERY angry right now. Y'all need signage and to fix your Google Maps listing.

  The garage was fine. Paying was confusing because it makes you get a ticket on the way in AND insert your credit card. I don’t yet know how it works on the way out because, despite claiming to be a 24/7 parking structure, I was unable to get back in at 9:30 last night and had to crash with my friends who are staying at the nearby Marriott. The access door where I exited the garage is at the St. Paul DART train station, and it requires a code to get back in, which I obviously didn’t notice when I exited. So I made my way back around to the entrance I drove my car into, thinking I would just walk up the ramps to find my car. But no, there were metal doors pulled down from ceiling to floor that a rat couldn’t breach. It’s 7:30 Sunday morning now, and I’m writing this from bed in my friends’ hotel room. Excited to see what today brings, like whether or not I’ll get my car back and how much it’ll cost. Good times, good times.
