- RWRichard Wright2 days ago1.0My wife and son went to the Dallas Aquarium and paid for Laz Parking, we have the paid notice from our bank. A month later we receive a letter from an attorney wanting ten times the amount of parking for a supposedly not paying. I reached out to the number on Google and got some not so friendly manager that could only tell me to send an email. The fact that no correspondence or Ticket was given prior to it going to collections is ridiculous

However my pictures, taken from all angles show there are no signs posted anywhere around the parking area. This place is $102 trap!! My car is the silver SUV and I am parked in front of a meter. The meter payment is facing my parking space and Mckinney street is 3 lanes with "no parking or you will be towed signs". Also the signs for the parking lot are behind me and so it appears the LAZDAL parking area is separate from the metered parking. I paid at the meter and returned to $102 ticket! Even the Google map makes it appear as though metered parking is separate from the rest of the lot.

It took my parking bill from $240 to $400…somehow?! There’s no reaching these people! If I could never deal with this company that would be great, but I don’t have a choice, they are the only garage company my apartment complex uses. I’m telling you, they are absolutely impossible to reach. HORRIBLE company, not to mention their gates and machines for parking is always always malfunctioning or broken. Just ridiculous. What a joke of a company.
