  I got my oul change it was quick & they aired up my tires washed my windshield .I will definitely go back the service was top notch.

  I started having issues with my vehicle a week prior to my service. I found out that the issue I was having, at least one of them, We’re covered under my extended warranty for my vehicle. I went to a couple of shops prior to coming here to grease monkey. Other shops either didn’t want to deal with warranty jobs or they didn’t fully understand how to deal with them. So I ended up here at Grease Monkey after being recommended by a shop. I thought all they dealt with was oil changes so I called and spoke with Adrian and he was so pleasant and willing to help with what I needed. I looked at some of their reviews and went on over. The reviews were well enough for me. I figured since they are a familiar name from advertising and such, I was certain I wouldn’t have some of the issues I was finding around the city…...After nearly 8 hours (due to my warranty company) of back and forth with my warranty company getting the info wrong, not responding, taking FOREVER!!! In that time of frustration for me, Adrian, was extremely helpful and patient with the warranty company and myself even before my car was under his care. He was literally cool as a cucumber throughout the full experience! I told him I’m now a forever customer! The women there (not sure of their names) greeted me promptly and once the warranty had gone through went to work and collectively GOT SHIT DONE!!! So basically, Adrian and I are now buddies and his service and customer care was 10/10!! He also answered each time I called and they got super busy and was even short staffed! The attentiveness and awesome customer service overall was the best I’ve ever experienced with a repair shop. I came in for a battery replacement, tire rotation and an oil change. Highly recommended
