  I've only been here twice and each time I have had nothing but respect from everyone I even made a call and the young man on the other end blessed my day and told me to be safe. That meant alot to me!!!

  Quick and easy! They took care of what I asked them to and weren’t pushy about other maintenance tasks like brake fluid, transmission, filters, etc.

  First time I have used the auto mechanic service since it is a Grease Monkey establishment. The employees were courteous, efficient, and fast! I had a vehicle inspection renewal performed.

  Extremely concerning and irresponsible car wash experience. I went through the automatic car wash with my vehicle in neutral as instructed. While the conveyor belt was pulling my van through the wash, I suddenly heard loud noises underneath the vehicle. Because the vehicle was being moved through the automatic system, I could not safely stop in the middle of the wash. When my van came out, I discovered that a small trampoline had become lodged underneath the front of my vehicle and was dragged underneath it through the car wash. The trampoline was not mine and did not come from my vehicle. What made the situation even more frustrating was how it was handled afterward. The manager, Jose, refused to provide me with the business’s insurance information or an incident report when I requested them. After a customer's vehicle is damaged during an incident like this, refusing to provide basic documentation or information for the claim process is extremely concerning and, in my opinion, very irresponsible. I have documented the incident and damage extensively with photos. Customers should reasonably expect the wash lane to be clear of large foreign objects before their vehicle is pulled through an automatic conveyor system. I strongly recommend taking photos and inspecting your vehicle immediately if anything unusual happens while going through this car wash.
