    Excellent customer service worked as a well timed team. Answered the questions I had. Very knowledgeable. I was highly recommend by my sister to get my inspection taken care of. Well worth it. .

    ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! TLDR: customer service is non-existent. Don’t waste your Groupon on them. I am a loyal Take 5 oil change customer, but decided to give grease monkey a chance since their price was attractive and location, closer. I purchased the Groupon for an oil change, but the voucher went to the wrong email. I showed both a screenshot of the voucher i purchased, as well as my Apple Pay. The 2 black employees were very kind, and tried to accommodate me, but the short white guy said they couldn’t accept it. No biggie. I told him I’d return. I PURCHASED ANOTHER GROUPON, returned, and the short white once again refused to service me. Not only that, he stood there at my vehicle waiting for me to present to him without telling me what he needed; as if i automatically knew. I’m shaking, I’m so frustrated. I’ve never been handled so poorly. It’s not even about the money which my bank will ensure i get back. It’s the poor treatment by that little man. I hate to believe it was about my race, but what else could it have been?

    I have been going to the business location for years before it was bought out by the new owners, now Grease Monkey. The individual helping me attempted to "sale" me more than what was needed. I was there for an oil change. He suggested radiator fluid replacement which I agreed to. After this, he told me my belt was damaged and should be replaced (but did not show me where it was damaged - just randomly flashed a light on the belt) and also stated that I had to have my oil pan replaced next time and quoted me about $200 to get fixed. The belt of course, does not show any damage and the pan does not need to be replaced for future oil change needs. I lost my trust in the business due to one individual.
