  Absolute worst buying experience I ever had. My salesman Chance was nice and he was helpful but Carter the manager the short little ginger bald guy is the worst of the worst. Where do I begin? The tint on my windows had bubbles. They didn't give me a spare key when I left the lot but Chance later located it and gave it to me so that was ok. When I brought my car back in for them to paint the grill black they did a horrible job, there was dents in the paint and it had marks all over and they failed to communicate that they would only do part of the grill. So now half of my grill is black and the other interior grates are still silver. It would have been nice if someone disclosed that to me. When I expressed to Carter my concern mainly of the damaged paint job he shrugged his shoulders and said the grill must have been wet when they placed it back and that the painter had already left and I would have to come back to get it fixed mind you he knew we live over 2 hours away. He did not show any concern, no apology was given just a- oh he is gone your going to have to come back for a third trip of over two hours to get it fixed. I have yet to go back again to get my grill fixed I will not be returning there I would rather PAY to have someone else work on my car. I do not recommend this place solely because of the leadership they have there. I could continue on and on with other things but this post is already long enough.

  Huge shoutout to our car salesman Ryan for doing such a lovely job! He made the whole process easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. He was patient, honest, answered every question, and truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and he absolutely delivered. Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for someone who cares about his customers!

  This experience significantly exceeded my expectations, especially given my apprehension about purchasing a vehicle after a decade. Cristón provided exceptional assistance by actively addressing my concerns, presenting various options, and guiding me toward the optimal choice.   This place is an absolute joke. Should have read yelp reviews before engaging with them. Terrible customer experience. Have zero respect for their customers. We agreed on a deal, started paperwork and made an appointment to come in the next afternoon to finalize paperwork and purchase the vehicle. Two hours before my appointment I get a text saying they have sold the car this morning. Apparently an out of state buyer that they didn't know about flew in and purchased the car. I presume they had someone else interested who would pay more and used me as a pawn to tell them someone is coming in the afternoon to buy the car so you need to come in now if you don't want to lose it. I got no heads up about anything. No chance to counter. Nothing. The prior text I received was that they were having the car detailed for me. Then all the sudden it was gone. Hilarious they tried to tell me part of the reason there price was higher was because of the customer experience. Now I lost this car and let the other go I was negotiating on. Such a terrible way to do business and gives credence to every shady stereotype of a car dealership.

  I purchased a 2025 BMW X2 & I love it !! But first I wanna shout out the sales team Bentley & Isidro for helping me through this entire process while in Oklahoma. I was able to come down and everything was a smooth process. I appreciate the finance team for getting me taken care of and with a good bank. I am excited I got the car I wanted !! Stop going to them dealerships and getting put in cars you don’t want and go to Go luxury and sit high class in the car of your dreams :)
