Great van rental experience! We rented a van for a long work trip through Arkansas and Texas, and I especially want to thank Brooke Panzer for her kindness, professionalism, and support. Having someone so helpful made a real difference during such an important trip. Thank you, Brooke, for taking care of us! Highly recommended.

Incompetent and discriminatory 😕 - lost thousands $ 😩 Super disappointed I had made a reservation for my friends, weeks ago, that flew in from Germany planning on taking a travel trailer on a trip to Arkansas. Spoke to multiple people at enterprise, everyone was aware that my friends are German and have an international/german driver’s license- no issue with that was communicated. All was set. We already had gotten insurance set up for the particular truck, then as they went to pick it up they were denied the service because of them being German. We had been planning this trip for a long time. !!! Feels pretty discriminating !!! And thousands of dollars down the drain!!! Now we’re not able to go through another company since we don’t have a reservation and all are booked out. They recorded my calls. I’d love for upper management to listen to those recordings and make this right please. I used to always go through enterprise. Will never again 😩

The wrap was very hospitable and helpful. My truck got stuck in traffic and was a little behind, but they compensated me for the trouble.
