    This rental place completely screwed me over. I had a reservation for a sedan with them and they called me and told me that they're out of sedans and and only had minivans so offered to switch the reservation to a nearby enterprise. AND THEY NEVER SWITCHED THE RESERVATION. I went to this other place and they didn't have a vehicle for me. Don't put people in these kind of situations!

    My child and I was in need of a one way, non reservation car from Dallas the Texarkana. We also needed a pickup. I called two other locations in Dallas wah wah wah😱. No go. I called the John Carpenter location. All go no stop. Clint Hatfield, the branch manager, came and picked my child and I up. Then set us up in a nice car quickly and efficiently. Super nice guy, great attitude. To boot Mr Hatfield was the only one on duty. Superior customer service and a great attitude.

    I been a Enterprise customer for last 20 years and a diamond member and i have rented all over the USA , but this place stood out for the service , and friendliness from Clint Hatfield . He helped the rental so well for me . I was running there late and had to add my daughter to the rental . He is very professional a great asset to enterprise . I will be renting cars from this location rather than at airport or in irving
