While speaking with Francisco, the current Branch Manager, of this location, he became visibly angry and abruptly hung up the phone on me. This very unacceptable and unprofessional behavior, escalated further, when I arrived, minutes later, to return the vehicle. Enterprise famously markets its signature, "We'll Pick You Up," and local drop-off service. However, as a direct retaliation for our phone conversation, Francisco refused to let his employees drive me home, a short distance away. Because of his personal retaliation, and refusal of standard service, I called Lyft, to get home safely. As a Customer, I expect to be treated with respect, and professional service, not a Branch Manager, weaponizing his position, and company policies, to settle a personal grievance. When I asked Francisco who his Manager was, he replied, "Francisco." He went on to say, "No one's over me." This is who Enterprise leadership has selected as a Branch Manager? Another Customer approached me while I was outside waiting for Lyft, "You should report him to the Manager." I looked at that Customer and said, "He is the Branch Manager." I have read numerous complaints regarding the unacceptable behavior of Francisco, and now I have my own horrific experience with this individual. A perfect example that being in a leadership role, doesn't make one a leader. Customers are the reason that there is an Enterprise Rent A Car, we deserve better! Much better! Do, better, Enterprise. Do, better.
