  UPDATE: I want to add that Enterprise’s customer service team was excellent in helping correct this experience. They were responsive, professional, and made sure I felt heard and valued as a customer. Sometimes bad cars or poor rental experiences happen, but the way the Enterprise team handled it afterward made a real difference. I appreciate them taking the situation seriously and working to make it right. The biggest issue was the condition of the vehicle. The carpet in the back trunk area was completely soaked, and no one warned us about it before we left. Unfortunately, it soaked through our suitcases, and we had to wash our belongings during the trip because so many items were wet. The wet carpet also caused the car to develop a strong smell, which made the rental uncomfortable. In addition, the sliding doors were working on and off, and Apple CarPlay was unreliable throughout the rental. These issues made the car feel poorly maintained and much lower quality than what I typically expect from Enterprise. This was the worst enterprise experience I have had and hope to now have one like it again.

  Great experience with my rental, I was very pleased with how stress free the whole process was, and reasonably priced as well. Will continue to use them in the future.
