  Jarod was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. When we returned the car, the office was closed but Jarod not only completed ithe return in the same friendly professional manner, he continued helping other customers. Never have I ever witnessed this level of superior customer service in any other business in my entire life. Jarod also mentioned that Enterprise sold vehicles, which was extremely helpful since we mentioned we needed a new car. Thank you Jarod and Enterprise.

  Confirmed reservation, but after ubering out here they didn’t have any vehicles.

  I returned a vehicle I rented from Memphis to Dallas and the customer service was great and the gentleman(my apologies I forget your name)was awesome! I returned the car with my out of state license and the same method of payment I have always used with no problem! I needed a car about 2 weeks ago and I made a reservation on line like always and I go to pick up the vehicle and was denied because of the method of payment I wanted to use. Mind you I have always used this method of payment at every Enterprise I have worked with! Then I was told it was because I have an out of state license...which I do not understand why that would be an issue. Im pretty sure people from all walks of life do not have a Texas driver's license! Can you please just unform me of where it states in your paperwork where a Texas driver's license is required and what banks you do not work with?

  I won’t make this a big thing. It’s the little things, not friendly when you arrive. Took 35 minutes to get in a car. I’m executive elite with national and I was told over the phone perks carried over as national was out of cars. They did not carry over. That was not fun but no worries. Car was dirty like it had not been washed or cleaned, and the gas tank was on 25 percent? As a business traveler, this is inconvenient completely. No late or early drop off, drop fee at the airport is a fee.
