  The people were great they were very helpful they was fast you didn't sit around you didn't wait for a car to pull up they immediately got everything done quickly I was in the store less than 20 minutes

  I rented a car with Lazaire Brown and the really nice girl that was with him, (blonde I forgot her name, so sorry). They were not only really welcoming and professional. They are as efficient as can be, and patient as I tried to get my paperwork in order. I really look forward to working with them WHEN I return because I will be back.

  After I have paid for the car ubered up there had more money in my bank with a bank card. And a driver's license she tells me I can't have a car because she can't verify my address. That I have lived at for twenty years. That's what DPS does when they give you a driver's license. She left me stranded.I do not recommend this business.

  The reason for needing a rental vehicle was due to an accident. My family and I were fine, but I had no wayto get us home from the hospital. Enterprise picked me up from the hospital and got me in a rental very quickly. I highly recommend the Knox Henderson location in Dallas, both of the employees that I interacted with were great. In particular, the Assistant Branch Manager, Kate Gable, was absolutely awesome. I couldn't have asked for better service!!

  This Enterprise location is excellent! The customer service is wonderful. They saved my trip. I had originally booked through a different company, and for two days, all of the locations at the other company were out of inventory. I tried different companies as well, but ultimately Enterprise came through and found a car for me in my budget. Lazaire was the best! He helped me 3 different times on the phone with multiple questions and transfered me to the correct place to get my out of state drop-off rental booked. He took his time to find a car at another Enterprise location nearby and he got it ready for me in just one hour. I am so, so thankful for the work and help he put in to making sure I could finally get on the road. Even last minute, I hardly had any wait time upon arrival. Kate at the front desk was super helpful getting me checked out and answering a few questions I had. They were both very knowledgeable and kind. Thank y'all so much! I will definitely be choosing Enterprise and this specific location again for my future rental needs!
