    Today I picked up my rental car to drive from Dallas to Orlando. We spent 30 minutes trying to get the Apple play to work. After 3 different cords and 2 different phones, with no success we called customer service. The first woman spent 10 minutes trying to troubleshoot with us and then told us to go back to the car rental for them to help us. I said we are now 30 minutes from enterprise, and asked if she could just connect us. Another 5 minutes went by and instead of being connected to the Dallas love enterprise, a second woman with a very similar, difficult to understand accent, told me one second and I’ll connect you. 10 minutes went by and we were still not connected. The woman asked numerous not needed questions and repeatedly said one second, rather than just connecting me. I demanded to be connected. Once connected the man told me I was given the only car that doesn’t connect to Apple Car Play, but there should be an in-system navigation system. Another 5 minutes went by and he then said there wasn’t an in-system navigation system. Then he told me why don’t you just prop your phone up somehow. When I asked what do you want me to prop my phone on, he said well some people carry a mount with them. Bewildered, I said I don’t carry a mount system and that there should be a note left for corporate. Stating that they shouldn’t rent out cars that don’t have one or provide their own mount. I am not pleased to make this 16 hour trip. Enterprise needs to do better!

    I travel a lot for work and use a few different agencies. Enterprise is always the gold standard and there’s no better example than the location st Dallas airport. Peyton and Chanel made us feel Texas hospitality immediately. They were there after hours due to our flights being painfully delayed. They erased all of the frustration immediately, at 1am and just recharged our souls. Yall have some gems on your staff, incl the people we didn’t interact with. The energy was the same amongst everyone. You’ve got great people. In short: “Thank you.” You’re crushing it.

    We recently needed to rent a car at the last minute. We chose Enterprise in Galveston, with drop-off at Love Field in Dallas. The process could not have been smoother, with friendly staff at both locations. I have never met three nicer employees at one business than Luther, Elroy, and Peyton at Dallas Love Field.

    Best service- had the car for a long trip from start of the pick up to return and meeting the people at the station. They had a new safe car and everyone was all incredibly nice and professionally. The return was by Doug who is very experienced and very welcoming. Manager is great Tony. They treat customers like great friends. Will be coming here for all rental needs. Thanks!

    Vehicle needed to be serviced and continued to make a beeping indicator sound, and only had a 1/4 tank of gas. I escalated early on a Tuesday and did not receive communication until Thursday evening via text. I was returning the Vehicle early the next morning. I was still expected to bring the vehicle back with a full tank of gas. If I ever go back to Texas I will not be renting a vehicle at this enterprise. Also, their shuttle to the airport in the morning does not start until 4am which barely gave me enough time to get through TSA for a flight with a boarding time of 530am. Had I known that I would have made other arrangements for the morning drop off.
