    The BEST people work here. Caleb, Jasper, Benny and the lady are amazing. Thank you for everything. Very professional. I was in a car wreck and needed a rental and let me tell you, they made everything so smooth. Very kind. Thanks for making everything flow smoothly. I just returned the car on Thursday after I bought my own new car. Will recommend anyone anytime. Thank you. This is Purity

    Everyone at this location was friendly & professional. Huuuge shoutout to Caleb though. I had to rent from here twice this week and he assisted both times. The second time I rented he went above and beyond when the standard SUV u needed was unavailable. He called another store who delivered the SUV that I needed. Unfortunately, it smelled like smoke so he called his manager on the phone to get approval to issue the full sized SUV. Great customer service, give him a raise!

    I reserved a car here , checked in and paid for it. I had to get. Lyft ride to get there to get the car for a meeting and they tell me nothing is available when I arrive. Told them I had to pay a Lyft driver to get the car and no one let me know ahead of time no car was available. All they said was sorry and nothing they can do. They could have cared less and offered no reimbursement for me to go there and leave to find a different car rental place. Horrible experience.
