  What a difference a great leader makes! My experience at this location was a night and day difference from my previous experience. Caleb Ray, the Branch Manager at this location, is professional, customer-service oriented and leads by the right example. I enjoyed the vehicle, but great customer service is also very important to me, and Mr. Ray and his Team, did not disappoint. Keep up the great work!

  I am very much grateful for this company and location the staff is great and the manager Caleb is amazing. I’ve never had any issues renting with them and never experienced any issues with them at all in reference to the deposit or fees. Big shout out to Caleb and his staff

  From my experience, the staff made the entire car rental process easy and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. I felt well taken care of, and they made sure everything was ready to go. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend!

  Enterprise is my preferred rental car agency. Because I travel frequently, most of the time I rent from the airport, so I have had various experiences, some locations are not as customer focused / friendly as others. This week I rented from the Oaklawn location (because I live near it). I had a wonderful experience there. Jackson was great, along with Griffin (I believe that is his name, and the other young lady (I can't recall her name). I did have to wait a bit for my car because it was very busy that day, and late rental returns, but they constantly checked up on me and my husband and provided constant updates while we waited and made sure we were treated with great care and we felt valued. Our vehicle was just what we needed and relaible. Great team at that location!

  I rented from this location two months ago. My original flight into town was cancelled, so I had to cancel my initial appointment at a different location. I believe the agent's name was Kaleb. He was very considerate and eased my concerns when I called in beforehand. I appreciate his personable attitude and friendly service.
