The two guys working the counter were great! The van I needed was available and they helped me get the seats folded down. The whole process was easy and seemless. Much appreciated.

After a morning of lost reservations and speaking to 5 people who use English as a SECOND LANGUAGE I decided to forget about renting a vehicle and abandon all travel plans . I saw this location in my perifial vision by chance, pulled into see what they could do for me ?Jackson Featherstone (Agent) immediately went to work for me and in a matter of about 10-15 minutes had me in a mid size car !! GREAT FRIENDLY SERVICE WITH A SMILE!!!! I will always come here for rental Needs !? Thank you Mr Featherstone !

Absolutely amazing service! Jackson and Caleb went above and beyond, they understood our needs and accommodated us so gracefully. The best service we ever had at an Enterprise location and we used them all around the world. These 2 definitely need some type of recognition on how they handle not just their customers but also their amazing service level! We would definitely rent from them again when we come back to Dallas! Give these 2 a raise please! They really are the best

I’m honestly very impressed with this Enterprise location! The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and made sure my belongings were taken care of. They found an item I had accidentally left in my rental vehicle and went out of their way to make sure it was returned to me. I really appreciate their honesty, communication, and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy rental experience! :)

If you would like the confidence of leaving your belongings such as a tablet, accidentally in your rental vehicle and to know you won’t be getting it back then this enterprise rent a car is the one for you. I was sitting in the lobby when two gentlemen of enterprise rent a car, right in front of costumers discusses how they found an Ipad in a vehicle that was just dropped off, and instead of doing what i’m sure policy dictates, such as informing the customer of their left behind belongings, they instead insist since they found it, it is now theirs and even talked to the length of they should take it to apple to get it unlocked so they can reap the benefits of claiming what is now theirs. Love it guys, come here if you never want to see your property again if you accidentally leave it behind!
