- CCCyndi CollierMay 8, 20265.0I had not rented a car in years, but someone hit my car, and I took it to get repaired. Enterprise was FANTASTIC! They picked me up at the auto-body location, upgraded me to a fabulous rental (that I hated to give back), by the way and picked up the rental car from the auto-body shop. These guys need a raise! Fantastic service!

Everything was going good until the car had a flat tire on 2/9 at 6am and I am supposed to be at work by 6:45 am. I took an Uber to work and Dart train after leaving work at 7:15 pm. I called Enterprise roadside assistant service about the flat tire. They came and picked up the car that night. I went without a replacement car for 2 day. Tell me why Enterprise got paid for those 2 days the car tire was getting repaired? I spoke to the manager Sam, letting him know I needed to get reimbursed for the 2 days I didn't have the car. He took a copy of my Uber receipt and said I will be reimbursed. Two weeks passed and nothing, so I called Sam to asked what was going on. He told me accounting didn't approve it. So now they dont want to give me credit on my account for the lost of use of a car they got paid for. I have tried reaching out to corporate but have yet to get a call from them. Stay away from this company very dishonest!!
