  Sans aucun doute le pire service de location de voiture. Leur site internet propose des vehicules et le jour même le personnel vous dit qu'ils ne sont plus disponibles. L'hote n'était vraiment pas agréable ni mêmz compréhensif. Aucun geste commerciale. Et nous avons du attendre 1h que la voiture soit préparée. Tout cela pour des tarifs exorbitants.

  Terrible service! Hired a car for 11:30am and they did not have it ready. They said we had to wait for 2-3 hours for a vehicle! The worst part is the guy at the desk had such a bad attitude, which reflects how poor their service is

  Good luck finding this place. No where does it say it’s located in the actual hotel. No signs outside that indicate it’s here. Finally called and was told it was inside the hotel. Got to the desk and waited a long time for someone to help

  I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for years, but this location is on a completely different level—in the worst way possible. The experience was frustrating from start to finish. Policies seemed to change depending on who you spoke with, and the information provided was not just inconsistent, but at times blatantly misleading. What stood out most was the complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Issues weren’t addressed, concerns were brushed off, and there was zero sense that the staff cared about making things right. It felt disorganized, and honestly disrespectful of customers’ time. To make matters worse, the service from one of the managers, DJ Brownlee (or Browlee—however it’s spelled) was absolutely abysmal. Unhelpful, dismissive, and contributed significantly to an already terrible experience. If you value honesty, consistency, and being treated with basic respect, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This location was an absolute disaster.
