  Worked with Anthony in service department and he did an excellent job providing expedited service with good communication regarding diagnostic results and responded well to any concern or questions I had. I was quoted a worse case scenario on how long it would be to fix, however, return of car and fix were much faster than originally thought. I appreciated the manner and approach Anthony took to alleviate my worries

  I recently visited a dealership with the intention of downsizing from two SUVs to one. However, my experience with the finance team was disappointing. Hayms, the finance representative, repeatedly ran my credit without regard for the negative impact it had on my score. I received multiple notices from lenders and was shocked by the sudden drop in my credit rating. It seemed that Hayms was more interested in pushing through a loan than in considering my financial well-being. I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with the finance team at this dealership. I ended up refunding the vehicle after its revaluation over the weekend due to issues with the interest rate and the fact that it wasn't the ESV Escalade I wanted. To make matters worse, the AC wasn't working on the passenger side, and the interior color wasn't what I had in mind. I believe that when you're purchasing a vehicle with good credit, you should be able to choose the exterior and interior colors you like, along with a great interest rate. Unfortunately, I felt like my credit was being treated as below average, which wasn't the case. My sales representative, Nick, was kind and helpful until the end of the process. Marvin also attempted to assist me, but ultimately, the finance team's aggressive tactics left a sour taste.

  BEST Auto Purchase EXPERIENCE, EVER!!! Cason Cooley, helped us & provided Top-Notch Service! You know; the kind of “Old-School” Service, we used to get PRE-pandemic! Every step of “RAM1500-TRUCK-BUYING PROCESS” was handled with Care, Kindness & Professionalism! The entire team went over and above what would normally be expected. If we could give a higher rating than 5-Stars, we would! Not only did they bend over backwards for us, we kept them Almost 2 hours past closing on a Friday night. Ed & I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT, out to everyone who helped us; from Mgmt. to Sales to Jim in Finance! The experience was an experience of .EXCELLENCE!! We’ll definitely be back for truck #2, here in the near future!

  Mikala and the team at Clay Cooley were an absolute pleasure to work with! I was initially hesitant about moving forward with purchasing a vehicle, but Mikala assured me she would do everything she could to make the deal work—and she did just that! She was pleasant, professional, and, most importantly, honest throughout the entire process. I’m so glad I gave her the opportunity to help me.
