  Husband drove an hour the opposite direction of home to go check out a car. He found a car he wanted to check out that was on their website so he called to verify they still had it. He was told that the car was there so he drove from Burleson to Dallas in evening traffic. When he got there, he was told that they didn’t have the car there, they couldn’t find it, then it was the car was never there. Frustrated is an understatement. Thanks for the waste of time and fuel.

  The service here at CC Volkswagon was amazing. The level of professionalism and service is unmatched compared to other Volkswagon dealerships. I drive over 20 miles bypassing other Volkswagon dealerships to have my vehicle serviced by CC Volkswagon. Attention to detail and customer service is why they have my business.

  ⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!! I bought a used Lincoln Corsair yesterday, and it was honestly the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Chris and Erik made the whole process easy and stress-free, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. I absolutely love my Corsair and couldn’t be happier with how I was treated. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for great service and genuinely nice people! And let me add - I drove 5 hours and would do it again!! I give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I called around 1230 pm looking at a specific car. I talked to 3 different people about the car and all said i could go up there today and look at it. Made a 30min drive for them to sit me down and try to talk me into a different car cause the one i was looking at would be “heart breaking” for the price. After an hr and a half of being there and putting my foot down with the specific car i wanted to see they told me they sold it earlier in the morning. I wasted my time just to get lied to and mis lead.

  I recently had my car serviced at Volkswagen, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mike (Michael) was especially helpful—he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed without any pressure. The service was completed in a timely manner, and I appreciated the transparency throughout the process. My car is running perfectly now, and I feel confident in the quality of the work that was done. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and would highly recommend asking for Mike if you want a smooth and trustworthy experience.
