She is an amazing car saleswoman who made my entire car-buying experience smooth, easy, and stress-free from beginning to end.   First I want to say I actually took my Tucson here because Vandergriff Hyundai was absolutely horrible. It was well worth the extra miles. Clay Cooley Service Center was excellent. Janeen in particular was fabulous. She kept me updated with everything and was never pushy or did anything without my approval first. I informed Janeen my rental was kicking my butt financially and on her own she went and had the parts overnighted and my car was ready the next day. It knocked off 3 extra days of renting a car. Best customer service I’ve encountered in a long time!!

Courteous, Professional, Considerate of your time, AND honest are just a few words that come to mind when I purchased my vehicle. There was NO haggling and that alone made my purchase a huge plus. There are dealerships to the left & right but THIS is where you need to come!
