  I’ve been here a couple of times now, and my experience has been great! The work done is excellent, and I notice an improvement in engine power, nimble and true handling, flattened body roll, and the ability for my vehicle to spring back from uneven terrain, all from the repairs made. My vehicle has less problems now… and myself too. I truly appreciate the one/s behind the chairs. It’s almost like I can imagine myself at a cabin in the woods when gazing at life in front of me. It’s better than a cellphone! Also, the lady at Jack in the box, next door, is a sweetheart! (In case you wait around and want to have a meal + a friendly chat) The guys are all calm, professional, and approachable; thank you for that. Thanks to Walter for the thoughtful explanations and discussion, and Jonathan for giving me good information and for my wheel lock!

  Alex Jonathan and Joe were amazing and they did everything in their power to ensure that me and my family were on the road safely at a good price and they even worked with us when we were short on cash. Again, thank you so much to bricks plus and the three gentlemen responsible for getting us back on the road in a timely manner and safe safely.

  Sucks to say that I didn't receive any kind of service as a newcomer especially when I made a morning appointment. They all looked at me with no greeting or conversation. I'm sure it would have been different, but sadly the first impression was no good

  I will never take my car anywhere else. I needed a new battery and my car has 140k miles so I figured I’d need something else. Alex was extremely helpful, I ended up only needing minor repairs and he walked me through my options and patiently explained what was wrong. The work was completed quickly and I’m extremely satisfied. Cannot recommend enough, especially Alex!

  I want to start this off by just thanking you, Scott, for all the work and effort you put into ensuring that my vehicle would be fixed ASAP! I had an unfortunate situation where my wheel studs were broken off from a tire rotation at Discount Tire due to my large rim size. I was able to make it to Brake Plus (400 N Central Expy), where I was greeted by Scott, to whom I told about my situation and its severity. He listened and got straight to action even when I walked in about 4 pm, when they close at 6 pm. He kept me in the loop about the situation, as the condition of the wheel studs had worsened after I drove on them to his site. There were many obstacles that he had to face to get me out back on the road, for I was visiting Dallas from Missouri. So my vehicle was my only form of transportation. The obstacles consisted of a spinning wheel stud and a shortage of lug nuts due to my custom rims. THANK YOU SO MUCH, SCOTT!!! Your effort and determination are unmatched. If I were to move to the Dallas area, or need my vehicle to be worked on. YOU ARE THE GUY!! I highly recommend him to everyone if you need vehicle work done! He's a genuine and honest mechanic who will look out for you and put you in the best situation. Highly trusted!!!
