  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus, and Nathaniel was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and providing great customer service. Nathaniel definitely went above and beyond, and I really appreciate all of his help!

  Normally, I would not expect such high service from a national chain, but Alex was outstanding to work with. My daughter is in college in Dallas, and we are not. He and his team were extremely helpful and timely in getting the repairs done.

  DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Check out my experience with pictures. Very unfortunate that they denied to correct my alignment. The technicians here state they do not know how to manipulate the camber settings in my 2012 Pilot and that there is no camber settings for my SUV. Took my money, Did not do my alignment properly and I’m left with a car pulling to side. Alex and the technician tried to blame the bad camber or symptoms on my “tires”. Complete lies, please see pictures of my rear tires. Please do not bring your vehicle here as they will just do whatever and charge you for an incomplete job but they will try to upsell you on everything else. You can truly see one tire more tilted than the other one. See pictures Adjustable camber links are also on my rear suspension. Picture included Bad customer service and they do not honor their warranty or want to correct things or actually do what they need to for a service. Very disappointed. Simple Google search tells you the camber settings for 2012 Pilot yet they printed a paper that says one doesn’t exist. If I could give this business zero stars I would.

  I waited too long to get my oil changed and my light came on. Panic immediately set in and I frantically rushed to look for a place near me. This was on a Thursday morning on my way to work. I came across brake plus and called to see if they had any openings. I was greeted by a friendly voice that belongs to Nathaniel. In my frenzy all I needed to know was how soon and how quickly they could do it. I was on the clock for work. Nathaniel said I have an opening now. So I zipped over there and again was greeted with a smile. Nathaniel. I was in and out in less than an hour and service was great! I’ll definitely be going back. Hopefully before my change oil light comes on.

  I stopped by breaks plus yesterday for a break pad, and oil change. I’ve never in my life had such an easy process at a mechanic shop ever. Walter the manger was such a blessing. He made me and my 2 children feel so comfortable and welcomed, he even offered free coffee. The process was quick, we were in and out. If I could give 10 stars I would. HIGHLY recommend this place, and would definitely ask for Walter again. Never felt so comfortable. Most places up sale and try to get you to spend more. But I felt I could trust their words and opinions. Definitely recommend.
