Was told that rattling sound was probably struts and shocks, went and got a second opinion at another shop and they believe it was the clips on brake pads. The other shop explained everything clearly and made perfect sense. Was told by one of the employees at brakes plus that they are just an “oil change place” like they didn’t know what they were talking about. So I spent 140 dollars for a diagnostic that brakes plus who installed the brakes couldn’t tell me.
