  Sebastian was fantastic with helping us troubleshoot and resolve our brake issue. Customer service was amazing! We were in and out within 15 minutes. Can’t recommend this location enough!

  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. Cesar was extremely friendly, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, walked me through the pricing, and made sure I understood everything before any work was performed. It’s refreshing to find someone who is both knowledgeable and transparent. The service was excellent, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I highly recommend Brakes Plus and appreciate Cesar’s outstanding customer service!

  I can't say enough good things about Sebastian and his team. After taking my car to the Hyundai dealership for transmission work, I was presented with a long list of "recommended" services, including what they claimed was urgent brake repair. The experience felt very predatory. Wanting a second opinion, I brought my vehicle to Sebastian's shop. They took the time to explain what actually needed to be done and completed the necessary repairs for less than half of what the dealership had quoted. Even better, they were able to provide same-day service. Their honesty, professionalism, and hard work were greatly appreciated. As an older, single woman, it's reassuring to know there are still businesses that prioritize doing the right thing over making a quick buck. I highly recommend Sebastian and his team to anyone looking for trustworthy brake service and fair pricing.

  At 5 o’clock today I had an appointment to get 4 new tires installed at the discount tire down the road, thinking they’d be able to do an alignment for me as well. Turns out they don’t offer an alignment service at that specific location. With me heading out of town tmmrw, I noticed there was a brakes plus within walking distance. I called with 30 min til close to see if they’d be able to accommodate an alignment for me on such short notice. Caesar at Brakes Plus… from the get go had a client first approach. Willing to work with me and help me out when he could’ve easily said it was too late. It’s people like that, that will have me coming back for business. For any car service needed, please come visit Brakes Plus off Inwood in Dallas, TX. Caesar and his crew hold themselves to a standard of honesty, class, integrity in a business where that may be hard to come by. You won’t regret it!
