  Came in Dallas for a 3-day weekend .need to replace my struts and found the perfect place . Sebastian and Cesar was very helpful . Told me what I needed and time frame for the job to be done . Was in and out within a hrs and half . Had enough time to enjoy My weekend without time being consumed for the repair

  Brakes plus did a fantastic job! I was on tollway and my car started making a loud noise. Brakes plus was the closest place and they not only opened early, they took me right in and Jim got the job done. The previous person that did the brakes left the lug nuts loose and he was able to quickly take care of it and sent me on my way. Highly recommend this place!

  Where do I begin! What great service this breaks plus has to offer:) Sebastian has been very tentative with my car and helping me understand exactly what is wrong with it and what they could do to fix it. I know my car is a piece of work but he didn’t shy away from helping me where he could. He even let me know about two recalls on the vehicle so I can go get those fixed for free! Sebastian and Cesar were so nice and I couldn’t ask for more because often times I am very skeptical to go in to places for help as the customer service is usually never there but at this brakes plus it sure was! Before leaving Cesar even offered a piece of pizza and was so nice to even offer! I really appreciate this shop and will be coming here for any car needs. Thank you Sebastian and Cesar!

  This was my first time ever going to a Breaks Plus at the recommended of Discount Tire due to one of my studs being damaged on my left rear tire. I was met by Store Manager Sebastian Pecina and Store Associate Cesar Lugo. Cesar mainly took care of me. From my first interaction, I was already impressed. Cesar tended to my needs with incredible professionalism. He explained everything that I needed to have done, broke down price and everything. As my car was being worked on, Cesar informed me that 3 of my studs actually needed to be replaced. I anticipated paying a pretty penny before the first stud was worked on, but when it turned to 3 studs, I figured I was going to really pay for it. He was able to get my cost at the end of it all beyond reasonable and affordable. His attentiveness to me and all of the customers really stood out. As someone who is also in the Customer Service industry, I was blown away by his service to everyone. Sebastian has a great employee on his team and I wanted to highlight my incredible experience there. They will have my business going forward, for sure. If you really need to get your vehicle taken care of, I'd say go see these guys. They will go out of their way to make sure that you're well taken care of.

  I came to Brakes Plus to have my brake pads replaced after getting an expensive quote from my dealership. When I arrived I was told that yes my brake pads needed to be replaced and so did my rotors (which I found odd because the dealership didn’t say anything about needing new rotors??). So I decided to go ahead and shave down my rotors instead + replace brake pads after consulting with Cesar who assured me I needed to do this. It’s been a few weeks and my brakes make an almost crunching noise when the brakes are fully applied. Today I went to have my tires replaced at a totally different place and they informed me that my wheel locks were completely stripped to the point that they weren’t able to take my tires off. To remedy this, I need to go to the Volvo dealership, purchase a new wheel lock kit for $80 and then make a new appointment on a different day to have my tires replaced (after spending an hour plus dealing with it today). It seems the honest thing to do would have been to inform me that they stripped my wheel lock after putting my tires back on at brakes plus. No one ever said anything to me and now it has become a complete inconvenience and left a really bad taste in my mouth about brakes plus. I would not recommend this place.
