  Mi experiencia fue muy mala de verdad, 10 de Agosto llevé mi camioneta Ford 2019. Para que la reparen me la entregan el día 11 de Agosto 1400$ la reparación excesivamente mucho dinero pero uno por confiar que harán un buen trabajo pues no le para eso, que es lo que me dicen para reparar que la hace falta el amortiguador, la flecha, el eje de suspensión, ya después le anexo la factura, a los días después de retirar le empieza un ruido la llevo para usar la garantía y el mecánico me indica q a los dos días que no dio con el ruido que cambió todo de nuevo, que no sabe de donde proviene el ruido. Llevo mi carro a otro mecánico particular me dice que todo está mal que si hay piezas nuevas pero todo estaba mal colocado. Bueno me doy con la sorpresa que debido al ruido desgastó el amortiguador y encima no es la barra compatible. Ósea q no hicieron bien su trabajo. Y tuve que hacer un gasto extra. Y más económico todas las piezas que me cobraron allí me gasté con reparación y todo 835. Y esta empresa me cobra 1400$ y no saben ni dónde y porque provenía el sonido.

  Sebastian wasn’t satisfied with the alignment job, so rather than charging me for work he didn’t feel was up to standard, he waived the charge and referred me to a specialist down the road who could properly repair the type of damage my vehicle had. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to come by these days. Highly recommend!

  Needed an oil change after my Lexus popped up with a “oil maintenance required” message on my dash. Just moved to Dallas and saw good reviews for this place. Came straight after class, immediately took my car in, waited in the lobby for less than 45 minutes and my car was ready. Aubrey checked me in and out fast. He was nice and very communicative throughout the process. Great place!

  Aubrey was absolutely amazing! He was super patient, kind, and understanding. As a girl who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I really appreciated how patient he was and how clearly he explained everything to me. He was able to diagnose my issue and let me know that it was a battery issue. He had me in and out in no time! I’m so grateful to Aubrey and the entire team at Brakes Plus. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much, Aubrey, for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy! I really appreciate you and the whole team!

  I hate to leave this negative review because the people working here were so nice. But I came in for an oil change and specifically asked for them to check my coolant because my light was on. Waited 45 minutes and paid $155 and asked at checkout why the coolant light was on. The gentleman said let me go ask real quick then came back and said it was low and they topped it off and I was on my way. I was driving home when the coolant light went back on. Got home to check and sure enough the coolant level was low. One could say that this could be a leak but I looked all around and can see no leak. I feel like I was lied to and they actually didn’t do what they said they did. Now if I wake up in the morning and the coolant is even lower than it is now, I will call it a leak and take down this review. But if they topped it off like they said they did their is no way I lost that much coolant in my drive home. But we shall see. Also, they broke my panel. where you pop my hood. They must have been aggressive and didn’t bother fixing it after
