- JWJamela WardMay 3, 20261.0The shelf tags do not match the actual prices. The shelf tag has one price and then what rings up is higher. The employee says the reason for this is that the price change but that the shelf tags had not been updated. I did verify that the part number matched what was on the shelf tag so it was not an issue of the item being in the wrong location. It's really irritating that this problem is happening more and more with stores. You think you're paying one thing and it's actually higher. Why are you not having your staff update the prices as they are actually changed? It really is just starting to feel like intentional dishonesty to get people to buy things when they really cost more than other places.
