  Joo L. was the most helpful to me this morning. He checked my battery. Walked me through my options. Replaced the battery and made sure everything was working properly before I got back on the road! THANK YOU JOO!!!!!!!!

  Kim T. Is the manager at this store. She does not like to help customers with the services that Auto Zone provides to its customers. I had just paid $300 for a part earlier this month. She told me that they will not assist me, however, with putting my wiper blades onto the car. I’d asked about them assisting me with the disconnection of my car battery terminal. She and the male coworker continued passing me up while they assisted other customers who came in behind me and those who came in later on. The footage would show this as well. I sat outside and waited and understood that they were never coming to help me. I felt truly disappointed. Thank you for showing me that your competition is the better choice.

  I was in the market for new wipers. Well really just the drivers side, so I get a wiper and more fluid on a weekday. I wait till the weekend to install it and I start having issues with trying to install it. So I went up to the store to ask the folks up their how to install it cause I wasn't understanding it and needed help. A guy named Mike helped me and he discovered it was the wrong bracket. He got me setup with the right one for my car, and even helped to show me how they are supposed to install. Very nice of him to take the time to help me out. Really nice experience.

  They help me all the time. Never gave me a hard time. Never rude to me. Now if they are bombarded with ignorant customers I understand but never towards me. They can get busy. They do well. At least they try to. My car, my motorized bicycle, minibike, minichopper. Now they dont have much for motorized bicycles or minibikes but sparkplugs, fluids, filter, etc. so..But automobiles ofc. Appreciate it.

  This is the best Autozone I've been to. I feel as though shopping for car parts as a woman can be a hassle at other auto shops as I've frequently ran into the issue of people undermining my knowledge, but thats not anything I've faced at this Autozone location throughout my frequent visits. One of the managers Joo. L was extremely helpful today in my purchase of roaters and break pads, and didn't try to second guess me on what I came in for. He was an amazing help and had a great attitude throughout the entirety of our interaction, and the next time you find yourself at this location definitely be in the lookout for him! He was a delight and I will definitely be returning!
