Placed an online order that had a out of stock item but online it showed in stock, so my order couldn't ship. Corporate could only offer me a refund so i was ready to uber up there and back to pick up 3/4 of the order. The manager Brian went out of the way to fill the order for me, drove to pick up the missing item from another store, and delivered it to me.

Really bad attendance. I was wearing 36 minutes on the line like other 9 customers and the workers answer calls, they send me from other autozone to pick up a part wrong part wasting my time for nothing. I don't recommend go to this autozone...worst trash.

Ms. Janine took care of me at the she was awesome. Walked in using my phone in the oil part of the store she was sweeping and asked if I needed some help I thought I didn't said I was adding some oil before I new it she said tell me your car information and came back and showed me alot even put it in for me and everything just my car for me she was the best 💪🏾💪🏾💯

The store is consistently understaffed resulting in long wait times. I've twice ordered pickup items that were not ready even 24 hours later and so had to stand in line to have them get the part. Staff are friendly but the overall operation is poor.

Unfortunately the young lady wasn't privy on how to use the computer to search for specific items needed for our vehicle. Seemed to need to ask another associate for help with looking up, locating the item in the store, and couldn't answer our questions. She asked another associate to assist us and continued taking care of other customers while leaving us standing at the counter. Train her or let that one go- she's not helpful to the customers or her co-workers if she has to constantly ask for help with EACH step of a customer interaction. VERY disappointed in the customer service! We just left - disappointed and with nothing.She didn't even bother saying sorry!
