  I didn’t catch her name, but the Black woman working today in the gray polo at AutoZone was absolutely exceptional. I needed a battery for my bike last minute, and she immediately stepped in, got it plugged in, and made sure it was charged and ready without hesitation. In this industry, being knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely helpful makes all the difference and she exceeded every expectation. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service this helpful at an AutoZone before. She turned a stressful last-minute situation into an easy one, and that level of professionalism deserves recognition.

  So I have been a customer with AutoZone for a very very very very long time AutoZone has helped me to fix all of my vehicles in every need I have ever had I always use AutoZone well today I came to this location here this employee did not give me the option of buying the whole set that I needed instead she opens my package and gives me what she assumed that I could afford is what she said never given me the opportunity of saying I could or couldn't afford the whole pack very bad service honestly feel like I was just discriminated against

  my experience today 3/29/26 was awful come to the store due to truck battery was not keeping charge the young lady act as if she did have time to charge my battery and only way to test the battery i have to cut the truck off so she test the battery and said it was bad i just bought the battery about 6 months ago so they replaced it the Manger did want to put it on Yanked the ground wire so it wouldn't start up he messed my truck up now i have to get ground wire replaced the one they sold me wasn't the right one Jonathan Moreno is the manager and said he didn't care cause i wasn't paying to put the battery on i was what sir don't do that it's no about that so you didn't care that you messed my truck up i sat in the parking lot for two hours and could drive it home didn't come back to check that the battery was working i had to go back in the store to tell him the battery was still dead
