Customer service is key. To the older lady with the attitude, I understand that it’s a Sunday and no one wants to work, but you represent a company when you’re there. First you can’t do a return because it was a commercial purchase… I know you can but whatever, you don’t want to and you don’t have to. But when I come in there to buy parts that say 15 in stock and you say there isn’t any in stock. Then the other part you “looked for” and can’t find so you assume it’s not in stock either. Be better at your job or stay home. Btw, oreillys two blocks down, I was in and out in 5 minutes flat without the attitude and I don’t even like oreillys.

One of my coil packs was damaged, so my boyfriend and I went to AutoZone and showed the manager the exact part we needed for my car. Unfortunately, he was very stubborn and wouldn’t listen when my boyfriend explained that the part he was trying to give us was the wrong size and wouldn’t reach the spark plug. It felt like he was more focused on making a sale than actually helping us. We ended up going to another AutoZone, and that manager confirmed that the first one was wrong—and that the correct size was actually in stock at the original store. I don’t understand why he didn’t just give us the right part. Definitely won’t be going back there again.
