  E visitado muchas veces este lugar pero hoy fue diferente una mujer que trabaja allí no la había visto antes cuando estaba para que me atendiera estaba esperando a alguien que hablara español y me tocó ella no sé su nombre pero traía el teléfono en la mano y pensó que tenía la parte en el teléfono quería que se lo mostrara y le dije que no era esa entoces pedí otras partes con otro y luego me puso el traductor en español que era mentiroso cuando ella no sabía que era lo que iba comprar y me fui y andaba haciendo ruidos extraños hacia ami

  this one guy was so rude honked at me for genuinely 15 seconds as i was leaving the store and on the way to quick lube because they recommended i go there next. then he also pulled in here and i decided i didn’t want to use this place anymore he yelled at me from outside and was laughing at me and shaking his head. honestly disgusting behavior and unnecessary anger issues especially while on the clock in uniform. the other guy who helped me at the store i believe a manager was so nice and helped me out, a shame that i met someone so angry after. don’t drive this area unless u want to be harassed on the road by angry autozone men in trucks.

  I would like to thank Arielle for her outstanding service today! I called in a panic because my car had just died and roadside assistance told me I needed a new battery. I had my two young children in the car and thought I could either get Sam’s Club or Walmart Auto centers to help since I was in their shared parking lot. Neither was available. I called Auto Zone and spoke to Arielle. She was so compassionate and kind with providing information to my inquiry. I pulled up and she came outside and explained everything, so I didn’t have to take my kids out in the rain. She educated me on the battery I needed and quickly got it installed. I appreciate her smile and her expertise, which has made me feel confident that I will not have to worry about my battery failing. Oh, and she did a diagnostic test to check my starter and alternator just to be on the safe side. Thank you for turning my day around! You are awesome!
