  Hoy pasamos un mal momento una persona morena estafó con una pieza de un carro me la vendió y luego cuando la fuimos a devolver y nos llamó estafadores invitó al mánager de la tienda revisar las cámaras donde el mismo saca la pieza antes de llevársela y estar pendiente de los empleados y fueron 3 en contra muy mal servicio que desagradable ir a comprar y pasar por esto

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this AutoZone location, specifically from Robert Sanford, Parts Sales Manager. I am a regular AutoZone Commercial customer and purchase batteries and automotive parts for my business almost every day. On August 8, 2026, I came to this location at approximately 7:00 PM with around six used batteries that I needed to return as cores. Robert Sanford refused to process the core returns and told me that the Commercial department was unavailable and that I needed to come back another day or Monday. What frustrated me the most is that during the same visit, my new battery purchases were processed through my Commercial Account. My receipt shows the transaction was completed at approximately 7:45 PM, well before the store’s 9:00 PM closing time. I also asked Robert for the appropriate Commercial battery stickers and was told he did not know how to handle them. When I then asked to simply return the batteries I had just purchased so I could come back Monday, I was again told he did not know how to process the return. This was extremely disappointing, especially coming from someone identified as a Parts Sales Manager. I have both the receipt and video documentation of the interaction. I have also filed a formal complaint with AutoZone and requested that the matter be reviewed by District/Corporate management. As a Commercial customer who spends money with AutoZone almost every day, I expected much better professionalism and customer service. This experience seriously affected my confidence in continuing to use this location for my business.

  Manger rude ,first encounter two weeks ago she was checking me out and the coolant container barcode was facing me and she was sitting down in the chair and tells me turn it around while she sees me on the phone. Like retail manager sitting down and still expecting the customer to do her job is crazier. I might as well bag my own stuff. Second encounter today didn’t have nobody in the counter and the moment I saw more people come in “ I asked someone in the front” and she walked out saying do come in here with an attitude. When there wasn’t any comments being made on my end besides “ I didn’t say anything” and she kept repeating it to me face. Like girl as a manger isn’t your duty to be in the front at all times …. And to be saying that to a customer…..
