Today my battery sadly died on me, I went into this store to get a new battery and I received helpf from one of the managers who had micro agressions. Upon check out he asked if I needed him to put in the battery which is complimentary so I agreed. Upon changing my battery he was seeming to have troubles with finding the correct socket so I informed him that it was a 10mm socket (I have experience with cars, I just didn't have my tool box because I just moved to Dallas) he then throws his hands in the air and says " Do you want to do this your self?" And gestures handing me the tool. I then said no I was just trying to help and then he mumbles something under his voice gets up and then storms into the store not saying a word. I wait outside for about 2 minutes and then Jesse Flores comes out (the other manager) to help me. Jesse and I had a wonderful conversation and he was patient and had great customer service. He ensure the batter was changed and started. That is what I call great customer service! As far as the other guy I wish I got his name but he needs to either be retrained or fired. I hate to use the race card but I do think it has something to do with that. While waiting outside a white male came in and the other guys attitude changed, he was smiling and more welcoming towards him. Just a poor character flaw to have.

The assistant manager John did an awesome job with amazing service. He ran a diagnostic on my battery which showed that it needed to be replaced. He clearly explained different battery options and how the warranties work, and then he quickly installed my new battery. I will always go back to Autozone due John's top notch customer service.

I went to have my battery charged because I had forgotten to turn off my lights. When I went to pick it up, they didn't ask for a receipt; they simply swapped one for the other. They gave me one that doesn't work. They just swapped the batteries and refused to take responsibility, so I had to buy a new one. My number is on file, yet they never issued a receipt for my battery.
