  Today started out rough but ended up being a great day, thanks to some outstanding customer service at AutoZone Store #4229. My car needed a new battery, so I stopped by the store. The manager, who was leaving, tested my battery and confirmed that it was completely dead and needed to be replaced immediately. After purchasing the new battery, associate Carlos was assigned to install it. Unfortunately, after taking a look, he said he was unable to complete the installation and even suggested that I ask another customer for a jump so I could take the car to a shop. Then Lesterio (excuse me if I misspelled his name) stepped in and immediately took over. He installed the battery and, in the process, demonstrated what great customer service looks like. He not only helped me when I needed it most, but also gave Carlos a valuable lesson in courtesy, teamwork, and taking care of the customer. In the end, the battery was installed, my car was back on the road, and Carlos finished up strong as well. A major shout-out to AutoZone Store #4229, and especially to Lesterio, for going above and beyond. Sometimes the best customer service comes from simply stepping up and helping someone who needs it. Good job guys 👏🏾

  Le Le was absolutely amazing ! She helped put my lights in and proved parts for me even helped find someone for labor way cheaper than I was quoted! THANKS SO MUCH

  If I can leave 0 stars, I would. I recently visited AutoZone and had a disappointing experience with a manager named Katherine. While customers were waiting in line needing help, she didn’t seem to be taking charge or helping lead the team the way you would expect from someone in management. Instead of making sure customers were being helped and assisting employees, she seemed more focused on talking and joking around with coworkers. As a customer, the whole situation felt unprofessional and frustrating to watch, especially during a busy time.”

  Jeremy & Katherine have turned that store completely around with their outstanding customer service approach and stellar character attributes . . . . They are professional, knowledgeable and easily approachable . . . . they give off the sense of energy that they care about your situation and their going help you find what options best you for your need . . . . The way Jeremy & Katherine run the store is amazing even though the store was full, every customer waited on them because Jeremy & Katherine grace the store with beautiful presence, it’s like water in a desert when trying to find good customer service . . . . . I want to thank you 🙏 Autozone for having two stellar employees who rock that store in this location when sometimes customers themselves can be difficult . . . . . You guys have a power couple running the store who are truly appreciated in this location, and that is self evident from the customer responses I saw personally in the store, i worked for Apple for 8 years . . . I know great customer service . . . . Jeremy & Katherine have what it takes . . . , to bring that store up the next level, thank you Autozone for your quality of choice in choosing these particular individuals
