  Very smooth check-in process that I was able to skip the counter, the kiosk attendant was fantastic, and even the exit attendant was extremely professional and polite. No issues with the vehicle itself whatsoever, and was pleasantly surprised upon return that the gentleman refunded my accidental parking charge. He was very understanding and completed it before I even knew it was an option to ask. Will definitely rent from this location again any and every time I’m in the Dallas area.

  El sábado 27 de Junio fui al kiosko donde se hacen pick up de los autos y un empleado de origen latino, me faltó el respeto, me discriminó por la edad, me dijo que tenía que hablar Inglés (yo hablo Inglés y Español, soy libre de hablar cualquiera de los dos) y se me plantó cara a cara de forma agresiva diciendome "quiere que le enseñe o no? me dijo autoritariamente . Sucedio que del mostrador me dijeron que podia pasar al kiosco porque ya habia hecho el check in online, cuando voy al kiosco para no pasar por counter, había 2 empleados un afroamericano y un hispano de unos 40 años. El hispano fue el impertinente que me dijo despectivamente, "los kioskos ya no estan desde la pandemia", cuando le dije que del mostrador me mandaron aqui, me dijo que vuelva al mostrador, y a partir de ahi empezó el ataque. No merece estar trabajando en una compañia de tanto prestigio. Por suerte que me armé de paciencia porque su actitud era para terminar a las trompadas. Sus modales son horrendos.

  I genuinely could not have had a smoother experience with Alamo. The collection of the vehicle was very smooth and with £0 required deposit and no hidden extras. We collected the vehicle from Dallas fort worth and Angela assisted us in the parking lot, she was super helpful and friendly and we was able to to choose a vehicle that suited our needs. The car itself was a new Nissan Altima with around 1000 miles on the clock, it was a great car to drive. We dropped the car off at Houston Tx, which took approximately 40 seconds for the hand over, it was the easiest drop off I have ever experienced. The price for the hire was around £350 less than anything offered by other companies so was such a bargain. All in all I couldn't recommend Alamo highly enough and will definitely use them again.

  They were great. The woman who assisted me was very courteous and helpful. The vehicle was available, clean, and ready. The return process was also quick and easy. There is room for improvement, though. For some reason, I was not able to use their counterless service, perhaps because this was my first time using Alamo. When I was waiting in line to get the car, two clients were being assisted, and two others were ahead of me in line. A couple in front of me waited for about 10 minutes and then left without getting any help. It took about 20 minutes before I was assisted, which felt like a long time.

  I had an outstanding experience at Alamo DFW, and a huge part of that was thanks to Anthony. From the moment I arrived, Anthony was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. The entire pickup process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was getting the best vehicle and options for my trip. What really stood out was his attitude. Anthony went above and beyond what I would normally expect from a rental car agent. He was welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It is rare to meet someone who combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine customer care so naturally. Thanks to Anthony, what is usually just a routine rental car pickup became one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Employees like him are a tremendous asset to Alamo and represent the company in the best possible way. If his management team reads this review, I hope they recognize what an exceptional job Anthony is doing. He sets the standard for customer service and deserves every bit of recognition for the positive impression he leaves on customers.
