  Arrival was good. The gentleman helping me let my daughter pick out almost any car she liked. The vehicle drove horribly. Not Alamo's fault, yet I will definitely not be buying a Mitsubishi suv anytime soon. Upon arrival back, the return instructions were not clear. We were rushing to get to the airport and I left my wallet in the console of the vehicle. I filled out the Lost Item form as directed by the voice prompts. Unfortunately, directly contacting the branch seems to be impossible. I've called a number of times with zero luck and the Lost Item form says they can't find my wallet. The sad part, my 8 yr old son's birthday money from his grandparents was in my wallet.

  Our reservation, pick up and drop off all went very smoothly. We were especially pleased to check-in in advance and go straight to the rental cars, which saved a lot of time. The drop-of was also very easy and fast. The vehicle, while getting mature at over 50,000 miles, was very well cleaned and prepared. And it ran flawlessly.

  My recent Alamo rental through Costco Travel was a great experience!! Since Alamo allowed me to "check in" before I arrived, the whole process was a breeze!! I just had to walk out to the car, and pick whichever car I desired and drive off. Just had to show the guard, while exiting the garage, my driver's license and credit card. The minivan I got was awesome!!!

  Well, this was great service actually. When I showed up an Attendant named Shaquile helped put my suitcase in the back of a 26' Nissan Rogue when I asked. Absolutely a gem. During my couple of days stay in TX at some point during driving through all the construction I got a nail in my driver's side rear tire. I called the service center and waited for a bit on hold, when I spoke with first rep the all dropped and I had to call back but hold time wasn't too bad. They were able to send someone out to put the spare on and provide me with an address for a nearby Alamo/Enterprise affiliate store to swap into another car. Initially I went to the wrong address as I forgot to put SW in the front of the street name. Glad the rep had found a place that didn't close by 1pm because with going to wrong location definitely wouldn't have been able to swap the car. Also of note, I didn't get the guy's name that helped me at that location, will have to go do a review at that one. I had kids and my grandma with me and he helped carry stuff to the other car and helped me retrieve my lip gloss stuck between the seat and seatbelt. Thennnnnn when I got back to the airport Miguel and Christy quickly got me squared away by making sure my ticket was resolved since I had to swap it out. They were really nice to us too. Definitely loved the adventure and how easy everything was despite the circumstances. Will be renting from them for future trips where they are available!

  I had a great experience at the DFW Airport Alamo Car Rental. David and Jesse are true customer service pros. Their level of service and efficiency really stood out and honestly locked Alamo in as my go-to rental company going forward. I got there pretty early for my reservation, so I spent some time nearby just people watching. I’m not sure if it’s always like that, but it was packed. I stayed close to the customer service area so I’d be ready when my turn came up. While I was waiting, I watched the staff handle a bunch of different issues for different people. They took their time and made sure everything was handled the right way for each person. When it was finally my turn, I ended up behind a large group dealing with multiple issues tied to a third-party booking. David and Jesse worked through it with them. I’ll admit, I was a little concerned there might be some spillover frustration, but that wasn’t the case at all. I was treated with respect and great hospitality from start to finish. When I went to pick up my car, there were several groups being helped and no one immediately available to walk me through it. I looked around for maybe 20 seconds before Jesse, who had been working the counter, came over and asked if I’d been helped. I told him I hadn’t, and he took care of everything right away, walked me to the car, and made sure I had everything I needed. I’ve waited 10 to 15 minutes at other rental companies with far fewer people, so the speed and organization here really impressed me. Getting through both the paperwork and the pickup that quickly, especially with how busy it was, says a lot. I ended up having a family emergency and had to cut my trip short by 2 days. The return process was quick and easy. Even at 2 am! 5 stars!! Great job all around. Keep it up.
