  Signage to the rental car center is minimal and difficult to find amid all the construction. Sign in/pick-up was quick although different info than from customer service was given regarding toll tag package. Again signage from desk to car pickup was not very evident. Never stated if I was actually dealing with an Alamo representative when actually getting the car. Best part of Alamo was the return. Signage to Alamo area was hard to locate. Personnel at drop off were efficient, friendly and very accommodating.

  We rented a vehicle with Alamo through Costco. All went so smooth with the rental. The pickup at DFW was the fastest we've had. The car was great and the drop off was super. Carlos was very friendly and so easy to deal with. He also gave us lots of great information about getting to the terminals. from the rental center. We will definitely use Alamo again!

  Honestly never used Alamo and the convenience and the price since we only needed one day. But both my fiancé and I were so impressed by the service and the value. Ryan had such a fun and uplifting personality that it made being tired okay. lol and Roman was very kind and was so nice to let us pick the car that we wanted instead of yall selecting. Car was clean, ran smooth, and definitely was so easy to rent through them. I would encourage yall if you want an easy, smooth rental, go to Alamo

  The Chrysler Pacifica was perfect for a lot of luggage and passengers. It was fairly new, clean, and roomy for four adults and two babies in car seats. I was worried that traveling and frequent stops with two babies might delay us from returning at the agreed upon time. Sure enough, we were three hours late getting back, enough so that we were facing another day’s charges and doubling our price for the three original days. The Branch Manager (Preston) was there and graciously helped us out of a tight situation. Many thanks to Alamo and especially Preston …you are much appreciated!

  I had a positive experience with Alamo. Although I experienced a few minor issues with the vehicle related to comfort rather than performance, the staff was very helpful in finding a solution. They allowed me to return the vehicle early at a nearby Alamo location, waived the related fees, and offered several options to address the situation. I especially appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help. The customer service made a real difference and turned a minor inconvenience into a positive overall rental experience. I would gladly rent from Alamo again.
