Easy pick up and drop off even though the pick up and drop off points were at different airports. Car was clean and reliable.

Tried calling, was met with silence for 5 minutes and then was asked to take a survey on the assistance I had received.
A car was reserved through a third party ; flight was delegated and although ai called upfront and announced the delay , they closed their counter and we were stuck on the airport in the middle of the night , needed to pay for a uber to the hotel.
Next day when the counter opened , they declined to provide a car as a scanner showed a red light on my passport and no one was prepared to explain the scanner and its functionality although I passed TSA coming from Europe. So Alamo mainly indicated that I travelled under a falsified passport. After all their behavior , I requested a written confirmation from Alec the manager so I have all of this in writing , which was declined as well . After i insisted on a written documentation of Alamos actions I was requested to leave immediately the counter and was stuck again on the airport .
Consequences will follow as this behavior creating additional costs without providing any actions for refund is not acceptable .
10/10 customer service experience with Caresha at the counter. There were no long lines, and she greeted me with a smile. She was respectful, efficient, and handled everything quickly and accurately. She made sure I was placed in a vehicle I was comfortable with, thoroughly explained the return policy, and answered all of my questions. Based on my experience with her, I would absolutely return.
However, I do want to provide feedback regarding the Caucasian woman who appeared to be a manager. She could benefit from a refresher in customer service and escalation management. Speaking to customers with respect should always be a priority. Raising your voice or speaking in a heightened tone is unprofessional, especially when the customer has remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction. Professionalism and respectful communication should be maintained at all times. Please do better.

All of the staff were courteous, helpful and so very kind. I am very big on Excellent Customer Service and it was at 1000%. I had a Wonderful, Very Memorable Experience renting a vehicle from Alamo. I will definitely be a return customer in the future. The vehicle that I received was IMMACULATE!
A Brand New Bronco! Do yourself a favor and rent from Alamo when you need a Rental Car.
