  Chris Chaline and London at NTB was phenomenal. They went above and beyond their serves. Being a female who don’t know much about cars they took the time to show me the details of what certain icons meant, what the tire pressure should be and when they blink or if it’s solid color what it means. I always bring all of our cars to NTB wouldn’t take it to anyone else.

  Big thanks to Alex at NTB in Cypress for helping me out with a tire leak today. He found the problem fast, patched it up, and showed me exactly what caused it so I knew what happened. The whole process was quick, smooth, and professional. You can tell he actually cares about taking care of customers instead of just rushing people through. Really appreciate the great service. Definitely recommend asking for Alex if you need help with your tires.

  Had a great experience at NTB! The man who helped me was informative, helpful, and genuinely worked with me to get my tires fixed correctly. They even went out of their way to help with things they didn’t have to. Really appreciated the great customer service and honesty! Will be back for future needs:)

  I’m extremely frustrated with the way I was treated here. I brought my car in because my brakes were clearly having issues, and instead of actually listening to my concerns, I felt dismissed the entire time. I explained what was happening, the sounds I was hearing, and how the car was driving, but it felt like they assumed I didn’t know what I was talking about. They kept telling me everything was taken care of and that my brakes were “fine,” yet the same exact problem was still happening as soon as I left. What made it worse was feeling like they were trying to make me question myself instead of simply admitting the problem wasn’t fixed. I know my car, and I know when something isn’t right. Being talked to like I was overreacting or imagining things was incredibly frustrating. As a woman, experiences like this are exactly why so many of us feel uncomfortable going to repair shops alone. You want honest service, not to feel ignored or taken advantage of. If the work wasn’t done right, just say that and fix it—don’t try to convince me the issue doesn’t exist. I paid for a service expecting professionalism and left feeling unheard and disappointed. I would not recommend this place, especially to women who just want straightforward, honest service without the runaround.
