  Tire blew this morning while dropping off my son at school. So thankful I ended up going to this location. Brand new store with superior service. The guys quickly and efficiently checked all my tires, provided all sorts of options for our budget. Got them installed and the car aligned. Can't say enough about the service here. Thomas and John went above and beyond to get us on the go and back on the road safely. If you need tires or brake service, highly recommend this new location in Cypress. Thanks again guys.

  Great Experience! I’ve visited this location multiple times and I’ve always experienced great costumer service and good services in a timely manner. Thomas and D are very professional, friendly and have a great attitude with and toward costumers. They were able to help me and walk me through the process of what I needed even if it was close to closing time. Will for-sure come back !

  Do not bring your car here for tire replacement if it has 22" or larger wheels. They did not have the correct size machine to replace the tires. Instead for my car which has a size 22" low profile tire they ended up using a chisle and hammer to hammer out the old tire and install my new tire. They assured me it was fine. It took over 2 hrs to replace 2 tires and they were not busy. By using the chisel and hammer they ended up damaging my black rims and also creating a puncture in my brand new tires. I would have appreciated it if they were upfront and honest (like a few other competitors were) beforehand and let me know they dont have the correct machine nor experience to service this size of wheel/tire.

  Customer service was fine, work was fine, reason for my rating is I scheduled new tires online and the receipt said it would come with an $80 rebate. When I paid at completion of the work they said their system didn't have a rebate. I was told wait a few days and see if it got emailed, if not call back and they would take care of it. Waited, no rebate, came from email, so I called, they said they would look into it and call me back. I called and emailed again and nothing ever came of it. It is only $80 so no big deal but not a way to handle business, felt a bit like a bate and switch. ******Latest update. Danny regional manager reached out to make it right for the rebate that didn't come through. As I said the service was great, I think I just got caught in a system glitch, and Danny fixed it which is what any good company should do.

  Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend this location I took my vehicle to Mavis Tires & Brakes to have the A/C compressor replaced and paid approximately $1,400 for the repair. Before the repair, I was told that replacing the compressor would get the A/C working again. I was also told that there were two other parts that I might need to replace in the future. However, the very next day, when I used the A/C for the first time after the repair, it stopped working and started blowing hot air. I went back to the shop four different times trying to get the issue checked and get an explanation. Unfortunately, no one was willing to provide me with a clear answer or a solution, including the manager. Later, the assistant manager told me that additional parts would need to be replaced and that I would have to pay approximately another $1,500, on top of the $1,400 I had already paid. What really disappointed me is that I was initially given the impression that replacing the compressor would make the A/C work. If additional major repairs were necessary for the system to function properly, I believe that should have been clearly explained before the repair was performed and I was charged $1,400. Since I could not get a solution from Mavis, I had to take my vehicle to another shop and pay an additional $100 for a second opinion. I understand that vehicles can sometimes require additional repairs, but paying $1,400 for a repair and having the same problem the very next day, then returning four times without receiving a clear explanation or solution, is extremely frustrating. Very disappointed with the customer service and the way this situation was handled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location and I will not be returning.
