- TZTim ZelenkaDec 10, 20255.0I have been issued an At-Home INTOXALOCK device, and I had a little difficulty providing my first breath sample. On kept blowing as hard as possible while waiting for the LED indicator to switch from stating "blowing" to "inhale" and kept getting a message to blow harder next try. Finally I just gave a big gush of air, than quickly sucked in for a second or two, then blew again, and the device accepted the breath sample no problem. My mistake was looking for an indication on when to inhale... just go by the number of beeps according to instructions.

By 9am I had confirmed twice with the install shop and Intoxalock that the work order was correct and the payment “was ready to be sent” from Intoxalock. Mind you the vehicle was a 24 Cadillac which the wiring diagram only went up to a 22 year model that did NOT have auto start stop and remote push start (Cadillac app). This is where it gets dicey… the shop then began to test different do of scenarios of sets of wires to creat there own diagram to instal which then took a total 7 hrs complete all for non alcohol related event. So at 6pm that day they announced my car is ready which I assumed the shop would send full a work order for there payment. NOPE regardless of what this person confirmed and Confirmed they also independently of my confirmation they confirmed. They were still charging me 250 and wouldn’t give me my car till it was paid by me. Fast forward to Wednesday the car is inoperable 40% of the time. T 250 regardless T
