  Everyone was kind and professional. I was kept up to date with the work progress and given a date of completion. I was actually able to pick up my car a day early. Everything with the repairs look great!

  I want to explain my review because there were both positive and negative parts to my experience. Part 1 The service itself was great. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and Jessica even stayed late so I could pick up my car, which I genuinely appreciated. That level of customer service did not go unnoticed. Unfortunately, this is where the problems started. I picked my car up on a Friday and drove it Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. By Sunday, the engine began acting like it wanted to stall. Based on previous experience, I immediately suspected either low oil or low coolant. As soon as I got home, I checked the fluids and discovered the engine was completely out of oil. I immediately went to purchase oil and had to add two quarts. I also noticed a rattling noise every time I drove over a bump, so I knew the vehicle needed to be brought back in. Up to this point, I had rated the experience five stars because I believed these issues would simply be addressed. Part 2 When I returned with the vehicle to have these two issues looked at, my experience changed. I explained everything the car was doing, and the staff took it into the shop to inspect it. While they were looking at the vehicle, I went to use the restroom. While I was still in the restroom, Jessica left the restroom, and immediately afterward I heard the woman who sits to the left of the front door make the comment, "I was trying to hold it in." I couldn't see what was happening, but based on the timing and the fact that I was the only customer there at the time, it certainly felt like the comment was directed at me. Another customer didn't come in until about a minute later. If the comment was about me, I don't appreciate employees making remarks about customers while they're out of sight. If your own vehicle suddenly had no oil and developed a rattling noise after service, you would probably have questions too. Customer service is about treating customers with respect, even when they return with legitimate concerns. To the shop's credit, they did repair the rattling noise. However, they also told me they couldn't explain how the vehicle arrived with oil but left with virtually none. That answer didn't give me much confidence. Overall, I appreciate the good communication and the effort Jessica made to accommodate me. However, the condition my vehicle was returned in, combined with the interaction during my follow-up visit, left me feeling uncomfortable and caused me to lower my review. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive so future customers don't have a similar experience.

  I had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. They kept me informed throughout the repair, communicated clearly, and completed everything in a timely manner. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience much less stressful. Juan was also outstanding. He took the time to answer my questions, sent me updates and estimates promptly, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I really appreciated his professionalism and communication. The repairs turned out excellent, and it's clear that everyone there genuinely cares about doing quality work and taking care of their customers. If I ever need collision repairs again, this is the first place I'll go, and I would confidently recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you to everyone at Gerber Collision & Glass for making a stressful situation much easier.
