  I had the most incredible experience at Express Oil Change. I came in for a routine oil change, which Katie did quickly! But right when it came time to start my car, my battery started clicking. It turned out to have a bad cell. I start panicking and getting stressed because I’ve never had battery issues before, and I had no idea what kind of battery I even needed or if I would need to keep jump starting it every time before I drive. The staff was unbelievably patient with me. They were patient and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my battery instead of just replacing it without a word. They were even more patient when we spent an hour trying to call my mom and Toyota to check on my car’s warranty. After all that waiting, Katie and Jonathan graciously changed my battery and still patiently explained to me what they were doing. I have never been happier getting my car maintained!!! the prices were great and reasonable 10/10 customer service! they were pateint, fast, and very pleasant. I only want to be coming here from now on.

  Jonathan, the manager, went above and beyond with his customer service. I was next door at O’Reilly Auto Parts getting a new battery installed, but even after it was replaced, my car was still having issues. Jonathan offered to take a look at it and quickly identified what was going on. He took the time to explain everything in a way that I could actually understand, without making me feel overwhelmed. Most importantly, he was honest and didn’t try to sell me parts or services I didn’t need. Thanks to his help, I was able to get back on the road with confidence. It’s rare to find someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely willing to help. I truly appreciate Jonathan’s outstanding service and highly recommend his shop.

  I had great service from Nicholas on Barker Cypress Rd. He was professional and friendly. He made sure my car got its oil change , inspection and tires rotated. Thank you, Nicholas !!!!

  I had a great experience with Nicholas at the oil change shop. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, and Nicholas definitely went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for him!
